I’ve collected a number of Banjaara pieces now and I just love them all! They look amazing and I ALWAYS get compliments when I wear them, and they feel amazing on my skin too. 10/10 can’t wait to fill up my wardrobe even more
I ordered the Spring Blossom wrap around midi skirt and on the order I had been advised that the skirt could not be posted for a week or so which I was fine with. I had some back and forth with Ruby, who could not have been more helpful and when the skirt arrived, I wore it straight away and received compliments on the gorgeous print. So far I have lived in it, albeit a few days.

I recently got a waistcoat from Banjaara and loove it. Have also had a wrap skirt from them for over a year now and I wear it all the time! I always get compliments on it. I was worried that the natural dye would fade as I'm not the best with gentle washing but it still looks as great as the day I got it!! Love what the brand stands for and feels so good to be supporting creative women from around the world

I received a faulty item, the return stamp they sent me would not work, the post office would not accept either of their stamps.
I had already sent one item so then I had to send another return after chasing for a response, promised my postage back. Not receive that, but was promised a new dress would be sent out but they have just refunded so I will now have to pay postage 3 times tp receive a dress from them.
I won’t buy again, not paying more to receive an item that isn’t faulty.

We're so sorry for the confusion this process caused.
The first return label we sent was for a First Class service that unfortunately didn't include a barcode, meaning the Post Office couldn't scan it. This was our oversight, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
Although our usual exchange turnaround is up to 7 days, we sent your replacement immediately, along with a small gift, as we wanted to put things right as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, our communication didn't quite sync up, and we're sorry for the confusion that followed as you wanted a refund at this point.
We've since refunded your postage costs, and we hope this helps resolve the issue.

Beautiful dress but so small I couldnt get it anywhere near me. I am a size 18 on top due to a large bust. I bought the L-XL I would say it is no bigger than a 14

Thank you for your feedback, and we're so sorry the fit wasn't right.
We've taken this on board and have recently updated the Zennor Dress sizing. Instead of combined sizes, next season it will be available in Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large, which we hope offers a much more accurate fit for different body shapes.

VERY MISLEADING COMPANY
This was not a cheap dress at £109 for a simple cotton sleeveless sundress but I was taken by the company's ethics. But I was so disappointed when it finally arrived, one week on after they claim they post every day, to see that it was not at all the vibrant, sunny, sunflower yellow as portrayed in each and every one of their photos. Instead it was pale brown. A dull brown, and nothing like the sunnyness of their images. I almost didn't even bother to fully take it out of the package. When I did it was much bigger than they claimed. I was debating whether to order theS/M or L and decided to opt for the L from their measurements. The dress has a totally flat top with no bust darts so it is v easy to measure. They state that a L measures 52cms laid out flat whereas in fact it was 56cms so 8c
ms out all round.
I tried to phone, they are in Truro, Cornwall and I am not far away but there is no customer service number anywhere. On top of this they provide no return label.
Considering the pinciples and ethics this company shouts about it is a very very poor service. I do not recommend in any way. And Aaron, you were so condescending when you did reply. I really think that someone else might have handled this v differently. You were only interested in pushing how right you were. That natural dyes vary. I am 66. I have been wearing naturally dyed clothes for 4 decades. Do not speak to me like I'm a child. Variations are acceptable and expected. Whole other colours are not. You were rude and put the blame on me for not being bright enough to grasp the concept of natural dyes. Shame on you. And it was v v late in arriving.

The colour of this particular garment is created using natural dyes, and one of the characteristics of this traditional process is that every batch develops slightly differently. Factors such as the weather, humidity and drying conditions can all influence the final shade, meaning no two production runs are ever completely identical. While we see this as part of the beauty of handmade textiles, we completely understand that this natural variation won't be to everyone's taste, especially if you were expecting the brighter yellow shown in our photography.
We're also sorry that our email correspondence didn't leave you feeling fully supported. We always aim to be open and helpful, so it's disappointing to hear that we fell short on this occasion.
I'm pleased we were able to process a full refund for you, although we appreciate that this doesn't undo the disappointment of the experience itself.
We really value feedback like yours, as it helps us improve. We'll continue looking at how we communicate the natural variations that come with handmade, naturally dyed garments so that customers have the clearest possible expectations before ordering.
