I have had several calls (comms were good) and a full honesty chat about the bike and its condition. I was totally honest and when the tech came to pick it up, he was very thorough indeed. The checks felt like an MOT. But as I said, it was a great bike and he agreed. I got what I was promised on the phone which was £250 more than the trade in offer at the dealership so I'm happy. Just awaiting the cash to hit my account which can take up to 4 days...

UPDATE - Money paid into my account at 17:30 on the 4th day as promised.

Selling my bike was very straightforward, Nick who came to collect my bike was very professional and was there when he said he would be. All in all a really good experience

It's a con. First they reel you in with a high price. Then the day before collection they tell you they have a problem on their system preventing same day payments. That old chestnut. So they think its OK to drive off with your bike, Keys and logbook and not pay for atleast 4 days. If I buy a bike from a shop, I have to pay in full before I can leave with it. I'm sure once they have got my bike that's when the revaluation drop in price takes place.
Total con from these muppets.
Trade in, trade safe. Don't use WBAB.
I cancelled the sale once they started these games.

It was quick no fuss and the driver that picked up the bike was extremely helpful

Made initial enquiry and was given a price. Filled in more details and sent photos then price was knocked down by £500. Accepted it and an appointment was made over the phone.
Nick text me the night before to say what time he would be arriving. Turned up on time. Very lovely friendly fella. Did his checks and paid the price quoted no problems. Paid for immediate payment and all in the bank before he loaded bike.
I know others have had issues but my experience was spot on

Good service, good communication, price given on the phone was kept to by Gary who inspected & collected the bike.
Payment was made at the end of the 4th day after collection date.
All paperwork & transfers were completed on collection.
