Valintin messaged me to say he was a hour away from my address. He arrived on time and was very polite and courteous to my girlfriend who was handling the sale as i was at work .
He checked my bike over thoroughly, found a few things that would need replacing which he took photos of to send to me to show me .
We agreed a price which I was happy with and he loaded my bike into his van .

Total waste of my time i filled in the on line questionnaire they gave me online value of 3600 pounds for my bike which I accepted but thought they are going to try to nock me down which is fine then I get a phone call from them go through all the the same questions I'd already filled in then they gave three time slots for collection and payment which by the way they kept me on hole for 15 minutes while they did this we agreed on then they sent me text message asking for my bank details which I gave them then 1 hour later I get a phone call telling me there been a mistake the real valuation was 2600 not 3600 pound because computer system was over pricing bikes by mistake then they said is this acceptable what a bunch of frauds

Absolutely shocked by the way this was handled sent over numerous pictures of my bike got the valuation and was happy with it. Guy rocked up starting pointing out the obvious things like minor scratches etc.. what was all declared and sent in for the valuation then he was going on about the abs light Not going off but bike has to move for it to do so. Rather asking to take it on the road he started it up in first gear hold it on High revs and the bike went flying through my fence with him still on it lucky me neighbour wasn’t there or she would have been seriously hurt broke the gate clean of the hinges then said the front brakes weren’t working. They are working perfectly fine. The man who was sent to view the bike and just about wrote my bike of for good cut all his hand then said they weren’t willing to offer me anywhere near my asking price as it was needing a lot of work. What is lies as I’ve already had someone look over the bike before contacted webuyanybike. Will now be getting the bike further looked at if anything is damaged I will be taking this further….. right through the fence bike on its side your driver still hanging onto the side. If you’d are going to send someone out make sure it’s someone that knows how to work a bike for god sake if your going to test the brakes you don’t do it on artificial grass that no screwed down to the decking below…

Price was spot on to market value. Call handler, and his communication were brilliant. The lad that collected the bike could'nt have been more helpful. I was really surprised at the excellent level of service all round.

Excellent service which simplifies selling your motorcycle. After many years of motorcycling I decided that I was now too old to ride and I found that 'We Buy Any Bike' gave me an easier option to quickly to make a decision.
I found the office staff were excellent, very professional and made the entire process very easy. I was very satisfied with the offer I was given. Ricardo from the Logistics Dept. was exceptional and I felt under no pressure when he examined and collected my machine. Payment was made quickly and worry-free.

This was very simple and saved the chew of tyre kickers and test pilots.

We buy any bike? Lol they said they not buying my bike at moment rieju rs3 17 plate 6500 miles in excellent condition. They are scun bags they should not use the name WE BUY ANY BIKE... they dont want to buy mine and it's a great bike they are pathetic.
