Technician repaired the dryer side of a washer/dryer (single, stacked) unit, but diring the repair, caused the washer side of the unit to not work. Paid over $500 to have the dryer repaired (which was ridiculous). Company would not send the technician out to repair what he caused without charging another $90 service call. Claimed he only worked on the dryer side of the unit. Washer worked fine just before repair.
Call someone else. These guys are frauds. They take your money and say your appliances are fixed. They leave and it isn't repaired. They stole $600 from us. Never answered our calls or called us back when we left a message. Banks won't stop payment because the contract have secret clauses to allow them to keep your money. Call someone else
The tech came to fix my washer. He said it would be a very expensive repair. We sent him away. Had another company come and the guy said the plug had come out of the door lock. He fixed it in 5 minutes because he actually LOOKED for what was wrong. I asked the company for a refund of the $80 home visit and he refused. I paid for nothing!
Belligerent, unsafe and unprofessional - left without even looking at job. Appointment was at 3:30 and he came at 3:00. We were replacing flooring so had to lay down plywood. I came out to him yelling at my step dad who was laying the plywood down. He then jumped in his car and sped off. Not paying attention to any of his surroundings and could have easily hit someone. He then backed out quickly into on coming traffic he could have easily hit someone. I then got a text message that they won't service us and they would be calling the cops and threats of lawyers.
This all happened because he was early and didn't want to wait a minute for plywood to be set down so he could safely access the washer dryer. He was gone way before our appointment time even was supposed to start. He was extremely rude and so was his boss. Saying the contractor here (it is actually my dad) was threatening him and blocking him. This is untrue as I was here the entire time. They just asked him to wait a minute to get the flooring down. He said "You won't tell me what to do" and stormed out.
