Wellaray coffee scam
Avoid this company like the plague. A company certainly not to be trusted. I tried to order 3 boxes of coffee satchets. They sent me 6. Same as other reviews l have read. Your money comes out of your account before you can blink but when you tell them there has been a mistake too late to change ,your order has already been shipped. When you receive your order and want to return. You naturally think you would return to sender address on your package. Only to be told you sent back to the wrong address so no refund. £105 not refunded and no product. Of course they can’t find the sent back product . If you are exspecting a 30 day money back guarantee no chance of this. I feel totally coned and robbed and they couldn’t care less. Please please Avoid. Just received our support team has reached out to you by email. Over 20 emails have been exchanged between us. They now need some information. Let’s see if l get my refund . What a joke!

95 postage..then there is more offers pop up to avail off but I didn't.. without even confirming or submitting my order went through..so clearly rigged at point of payment....Got a notification from my bank to say about payments coming out..phoned the bank & they informed me two transactions had came out..£57.92 & £47.92 a total of £105.94 which should have been £22.24... my bank has now cancelled my card& are aware of this company & they are now goning to take over to get my money reimbursed!!!! Absolutely disgusting how this company is ripping people off!!!..iv Emailed company so many times explaining this !!! 45 mins after the sale i was told it had been sent out...totally rubbish!!!! Told me that i have to wait until my order arrives then send it back at my cost to get a refund!!!! Which i haven't much faith in!!!stay away from this company a total SCAM!!!! AND TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!..This is definitely not the end to this!!! I will do everything in my power to get my money back!!!!
