Short story: - with tenacity and gritted teeth - I have received the refund - but what a palaver. 22 Emails exchanged throughout the process - when all that was needed at their end was to cancel the order in the first place and refund the payment.
Long story
Began an order on the 22nd August - unhappy with the upselling on the website and tried to back out of the order - not realising that infact the sale had gone through. Tried to cancel the order within an hour and was told it had already been shipped so would have to wait till it arrived before returning and getting a refund.
Received email on 23rd August to say order was on its way
Goods arrived 5th September - contacted customer service to ask how to go about returning goods. Told that they had not got notification that the goods had arrived. "I've just checked our system, and the delivery hasn't been registered on our side just yet - carrier tracking updates can sometimes take a day or so to sync through. Because of that, I'm not able to generate the return instructions at this exact moment, but the moment the delivery shows as confirmed, everything will be ready to go."
Before giving me access to the refund area was 'offered' a partial refund of 10% and could keep the goods - when I refused this went up to 30%. I still insisted on a refund.
Had to email a couple of times more before I got the go ahead to return the goods
Very convoluted process to get to refund area and get the paperwork for the return. Sent it Royal Mail 24hr tracked on 8th September after getting returns information - checked the Royal Mail tracking on 9th September - the parcel was registered as delivered
12th September - emailed again to find out where my refund was - reply "Your refund will be processed once the warehouse receives the package. I’m unable to provide a specific processing timeframe"
Emailed again on the 15th September as no refund forthcoming
16th September - refund showing as pending on my credit card account - but less than I had paid. When I queried this was told that the difference was the carriage paid.
So altogether lost £8.50 - (£3.90 for the carriage and £4.65)
Not sure whether emails came from humans or AI replies - always polite but not very productive
Needless to say I won't be using this company again

Ich habe dieses Zeug tatsächlich…
Ich habe dieses Zeug tatsächlich entgegengesetzt meiner eigentlichen Meinung probiert. Das ist totaler Schwachsinn. Ich wollte nur 5 kg abnehmen und habe kein einziges Gramm während dieser Zeit verloren obwohl ich noch jeden Tag viel Sport machte. Außerdem bin ich nicht übergewichtig. Ich wollte nur mein Bauch Fett etwas abbauen. Zwei Packungen haben meinen morgendlichen Kaffee verbittert. Sofort abgenommen hat dagegen mein Konto. Das Geld habe ich umgehend zurückgefordert aber die Behandlung dauerte ja mehr als 30 Tage und dann habe ich mein Rückgaberecht
verloren, so die Antwort von Wellaray. Nach einem längeren Briefwechsel und dem Hinweis, dass dieses Vorgehen vorsätzlicher Betrug sei, wurde heute mein Geld tatsächlich zurückerstattet.
Es ist auch irgendwie naiv zu glauben wenn man morgens ein bisschen Pulver in den Kaffee schüttet dass das Fett, so wie im Film gezeigt, beim nächsten Duschvorgang den Kanal runter läuft. So funktioniert das Leben und der Stoffwechsel leider nicht.
Es bleibt jedem selber überlassen dieses Zeug zu probieren und selbst zu urteilen. Ich lasse jedenfalls von solchen Produkten künftig meine Finger weg !!!
Trotz Zurückerstattung meines eingesetzten Kapitals kann ich leider keine bessere Bewertung abgeben.

Thieving company. Scam you into buying more than you want, then returned the items with proof of delivery and they are now refusing to refund my money and keep lying to me about errors with the card and stating I have opened a dispute when I have not. Terrible customer service from “July”. Stay well clear of this company unless you want to be ripped off!!

Totally dissatisfied with this company
Totally dissatisfied with this company, ordered one box to try but they sent 3 more and took my money.
I have had a month's battle to try to get my money back and am still waiting
I have returned the 3 boxes as instructed, but guess what, their warehouse can't receive it.... so I'm even further out of pocket and they have stopped corresponding with me as I've now told them I'm going to trading standards with this.
Such a scam and the product doesn't work at all
I have told them they are good at sales and advertising but useless at customer service
Do not use this company
They have taken money without authorisation, their ordering system is shocking, stay clear of them

Die Webseite ist so gestaltet, dass ich ein Produkt kaufen wollte, dann unerklärter Weise 7 oder 8 verschiedene Produkte im Warenkorb lagen. Die Bestellung war so verwirrend, dass ohne es zu merken, 5 einzelne Bestellungen aktiviert wurden. Mit 5 einzelnen Zahlungen. Ein Stopp der Auslieferung wurde abgelehnt. Musste dann die Lieferung bei DHL ablehnen und wurde an eine Adresse in Deutschland zugestellt, obwohl die Lieferung aus China kam. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir immer nur mitgeteilt, dass die Lieferung nicht zugestellt wurde. Habe dann über Käuferschutz von Paypal den Fall klären müssen und hoffe das ich das Geld bald zurück habe. Leider habe ich keine Bewertungen von Wellaray angeschaut, die Firma betrügt über Produkteigenschaften und verkauft einfache Produkte wie Kaffee mit unhaltbaren Versprechen völlig überteuert.
