Great service when you speak to a human, website has issues, with input of postcode does not work, also when agreed valuation and they want my bank details this does not work. However when speaking directly to a human on the phone very helpful and pleasant. The chap who collected my bike was also very friendly and chatty. So really a good service if you miss out the web pages. Phone direct if you can

Excellent straight forward service. Goldie the driver checked my bike over. Was genuine and complementary about the bike. Never tried to knock me down on price. I expected a similar situation to webuyanycar but the whole experience was positive.
Yes I know I could have got more in a private sale but I am realistic. I didn’t use the bike and I didn’t want strangers turning up on my driveway.

Hi, your lucky to get one star from me, ive just got off the phone to one of your advisors, you offered me £1200 last week, now your offering a 1000, your advisor tells me that you'll make deductions, if new tyres are needed, so i politely asked, are you increasing my valuation with new tyres on my bike???, so i also informed her that my bike has new front discs, coloured brake lines, rear hugger, nitron rear shock, black widow exhaust, usb port, gear indicator, refurbed painted wheels... But no price increase... What a bunch of jesters and clowns!!! I wouldnt sell you my bike even if you increased your poor offer.. What a rip off!!! ( she even told me theres a recent drop in bike prices... What a load of poppycock😎

Overall a great experience

Good and honest Valuation, easy and hassle free
First of all I want to thank Tom Jackson, huge kudos to this guy who guided me right from the beginning. I wanted to sell my Honda Cbr 650r but I was clueless and i didn’t wanted to sell it privately as it’s too stressful for me. So I called we want your motorbike Tom guided me with valuable information and I was given a valuation straight away. I was given a suitable time for the appointment for collection which was so easy and it was arrange just after few days keeping in mind my availability and day off with a simple phone call.
I would also like to thank Matt who came to inspect and collect the motorbike such a friendly guy. The inspection of the motorbike took approx 20 mins and I was paid straight way.
I would like to recommend all the bikers whoever is in my situation anywhere in the UK. We want your motorbike is the best and I highly recommend them. Good and honest valuation, good communication, quick response and total hassle free.

Filled out all part added photos got email to say someone would be contacting me within 24hr so do it all again on following day but now 4 weeks later still haven’t had anyone contact me so obviously don’t buy any bike
