Quick and easy reliable

They made an acceptable offer, they turned up as planned, checked tge bike qas as described (it was) hand over the agreed sum of money and went. No problems. Easy.

Was messaged a time for engineer to call. He arrived on time and was very helpful. Owing to unknown oil weep was offered a lower offer but declined then got a higher offer which seemed fair to sort out weeping oil. No hassle.

Very straightforward to deal with. Collection on time.

Wanted to sell my bike and was happy with the valuation so entered all my details and bike condition etc that evening when I got home from work
Next day they rang me 4 times starting at 9am when I was at work so unable to answer my phone
Also wanted photos of bike this I was planning to do that day after work
But on the afternoon I received a email saying we don’t want to buy your bike due to the condition

Whole experience was good from the first phone call, Bradley in the office was great and explained everything and gave a fair valuation of my father's bike. Chris who came to pick the bike up was friendly and explained the process to me and my father and the deal was done and money paid. Would recommend, thanks again.

Painless....submitted a valuation request with photos and was offered a fair price which I accepted.
Collection arranged for 2 days later and after checks / verification of the Moto, the price was confirmed and money transferred before the Moto was put into the Van.

Straightforward simple process from the initial contact through to collection. Ricardo, logistics collection guy was very thorough when assessing the bike, the ultimate professional. Slight negative was the price quoted wasn’t quite the final settlement. Nevertheless almost to be expected.

After the initial valuation which I accepted, the service was faultless. On inspection day I had my reservations and was ready for a heated debate. This is after dealing with similar companies who would carry out the inspection and then reduce the original valuation. I was pleased to say that was not the case and the price offered was the price paid. Excellent service right through from valuation to sale and collection.

The driver was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Payment went through in seconds.

This week I sold my BMW R1250RT to “We Want Your Motorbike” and to date it has all been positive. The price offered was not what I wanted but no surprise there! Communication throughout has been good but what really shone through was the gentleman who collected the bike. Max is the kind of employee every company should have and nurture. He kept me informed as to his arrival time as he was running late due to the appalling weather. Once he arrived, he was charming, engaging and a joy to chat with. The fact he appreciated my spotless, shiny, pride and joy did no harm. He is obviously very knowledgeable about motorcycles. Well done “We Want Your Motorbike” for having Max as the face of your company, he is a real asset to you. I will give five stars for now and will leave them if payment is made on time! Payment was made on time so the five stars remains!

From start to finish the process was easy and hassle free. I got a valuation that I thought was fair and a follow up phone call to discuss and make an appointment for bike inspection and collection. Driver's name was Max and he was very pleasant and there was no haggling on the price. I was paid the full valuation amount and the money was in my account right away before the bike was loaded on the van. Would recommend this company if you are looking for a quick and hassle free sale.

Very professional approach to selling a bike.

I sold my bike to WWYB today. I had been offered a very good price for my MT10 compared to other motorbike buying companies that I had contacted.
When the assessor arrived I was expecting the usual “knock money off” for things like a speck of dust on the tyres!! but no, because my bike was as I’d described it I was offered the full amount I had been quoted and the money was in my bank account before the MT had been loaded on to the van.
