Vil aldrig anbefale andre at købe et whirlpool produkt. Vi købte en vaskemaskine i august 2023. Siden har låsemekanismen været i stykker tre gange, og nu, den tredje gang, er der også gået et lejre i vaskemaskinen. Vi har flere gange været i kontakt med whirlpool, da vi er frustreret over, at vi kun har kunne bruge vaskemaskinen den halve tid, fordi vi har skulle afvente reparation så mange gange. Ved den anden gang, hvor låsemekanismen gik i stykker, fik vi at vide at hvis det skete igen inden for 4 måneder, vil vi få en ny vaskemaskine. Da det så skete igen, inden for 4 måneder kontaktede vi dem, for at få en ny vaskemaskine som de havde lovet os. Alt vi blev mødt med var, at de skulle sende en tekniker ud og lave den igen. Vi er så frustreret over, at have betalt penge for en ny vaskemaskine, men ende med at stå med en vaskemaskine, som vi ikke har kunne bruge den halve tid, fordi den altid er i stykker.
Vi kontaktede igen i dag whirlpool, og alt vi bliver mødt med er, at de sender sagen videre til nogle højere oppe, som kan tage en beslutning. Da jeg så spørger om jeg ikke kan få et nummer til dem der tager beslutningen, bliver jeg mødt med et nej.. Utroligt at man ikke kan få fat i dem der rent faktisk tager beslutningen..
VIL ALDRIG ANBEFALE ANDRE AT KØBE ET WHIRLPOOL PRODUKT, MEDMINDRE I GERNE VIL STÅ MED ET PRODUKT I IKKE KAN BRUGE I HAVLDELEN AF TIDEN..

Stop using this system you have in place and deal with customers personally. Life is to short to spend on your system utility useless.
On line booking didn't work
On line booking didn't work, went to online chat and advisor just ended conversation without confirming with me. Didn't even try to resolve the issue of booking a call out.... Very poor customer service..
Great Service & Customer support
Very knowledgeable advisor who put me at ease, so great to be able to speak with someone and use of video on phone very good, and all on a bank holiday too!
Useless
Useless. I have paid them 2016.00 pounds in total maybe more. They cancelled the engineer wait of 5 days as be was sick, told me I have to wait a further 10 days for an engineer. Call advisor also cut me off and the agents are very very rude. Don't bother wasting your money

Went to the chat to request product support only to be told to consult my manual which doesn't support my query. Very unhelpful advisor, rude and disconnected without even asking if there was anything else or even giving me chance to respond
Member of staff was lacking knowledge
Member of staff was lacking knowledge. She insists that I must have Parking right outside of my property otherwise the engineer will not visit.
This is completely unreasonable as millions of people live in terraced housing with no off road parking - this is the first time I've heard of such a requirement.
Also I asked her who regulates their firm and she didn't know and referred me to their website...

No solution, not taking washing machine back, no fixing, no replacing. THEY ARE F->G SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Engineer called extremely late claimed…
Engineer called extremely late claimed that my fridge would start working in 2 hours time ??? Nonsense which of course it didn't this is Thursday I'm now left until Tuesday extremely poor service never again
Worst Company Ever
This company are the worst for customer service and their appliances are exceptionally poor quality, the engineers don't turn up for your repair appointments. My appliance is almost 10 months old and has been faulty from about 5 months and all they do is fob you off. You cannot get through on the phone to speak with an actual person - avoid buying from Hotpoint/Whirlpool spend your money elsewhere.

Unable to navigate options saying press 2 for 2 different options ended up going round in circles absolutely useless. Complete mess up from start to finish . I wonder if it's made difficult on purpose. First no engineer turned up yesterday. Then i re book, today you send me an email telling me your coming yesterday .. what a farce ..

Chatbots just can't deal with problems when you really need to speak to someone. Get rid of them.
Ordered a part - useless customer service
Ordered a part, a similar but different part arrived. Was dealt with by a chatbot for 10 minutes. Human interaction was about the same - and after telling me that they had sent the correct part they were clearly so bored or offended by me telling them that I had the two parts side by side and they were NOT the same - they ‘concluded’ the chat - didn’t even say goodbye.

Jeg var lidt skeptisk da jeg første dag kontaktede whirpool, især da jeg efterfølgende fik en sms med at jeg skulke tjekke rørene på maskinen (Der var benet den var gal med 🤣
Men hurtig blev jeg kontaktede af hvidevarerteknik og 1,2,3 så var der en håndværker på vej.
Sagen kunne ikke løses så jeg fik i stedet en ret stor kompensation af whirpool, maskinen virker benet blev “fikset” sat på plads mm.
Søde, rare og kompetente mennesker jeg har talt med.

No one turned up to my appointment, never got a call to explain why, 45 mins on hold on phone and gave up. Spoke to the computer and got the usual excuse that the engineers van broke down.

An engineer came and looked at our oven 7 DAYS AGO and said new parts were needed & ordered them.Should have been repaired today but nobody has been so rang Whirlpool to be told due to missing parts in the order it will be another 9 DAYS before repair.That will be 16 DAYS with no oven & we are two struggling pensioners and can’t afford to eat out
