WhiskyInvestDirect Reviews

It wasn't the return I expected but the experience was really good and still returned more than any bank. Great customer service when required.

Their customer service is second to none- in fact its a return to how companies used to approach their customer base, with respect and a helpful nature. For a small investor this is a perfect entry into the world of whisky, espscially for those with an eye on the long term.

A really great way to get exposure to this asset class. The site is easy to use and the communication is very good.

This is a simple, effective and efficient platform. I would highly recommend it.

Overall amazing service and excellent support by a very professional team. The only criticism is the fees which it appears to me could be somehow lower.

It is a good and stable investment I have been with them since 2017. Their website provides an easy tool for investing Cask "Scotch" whiskies. Good and reliable customer support as well.
I am gradually investing with them for my child education and retirement :-)

very good service, thanks to Michelle for the support and she is a very kind girl.
He helped me a lot and I am very grateful for the service.

The gentleman with the beautiful Italian accent who took my call was very helpful. He patiently stayed on the phone until I had done what it took to resolve my issue. He was very personable. It was a pleasure to speak with him.

I started investing in whiskey in the fourth quarter of 2020. Since then, I have had very good experiences with WhiskeyInvestDirect. The portal is well structured and easy to use. I hope that my investment will develop well over the years.

Convenient methods of investing with reasonable charges, solid whisky buy selection, good User interface, and reporting, very responsive and helpful Support Desk

Since I joined WhiskyInvest Direct about 8 months ago I’ve had excellent service from the Support Desk. This coupled with the ease with which the system embraces new clients and the simplicity of purchasing and selling whisky makes for an enriching (hopefully in more ways than one) and enjoyable experience. I would recommend Whisky Invest Direct to anyone interested in investing in barrelled whisky, and recommend those not yet convinced to the abundant information provided by the company.

Easy to deal with and transparent. Good range of product and plenty of information. No pressure to buy and take it at your own pace and affordability.

Whisky Invest Direct - I can strongly recommend this investment platform. I haven’t been using WID for long, but setting up the service on my smart phone was easy and intuitive. With stellar help from their customer services - a real person i may add - the whole process went through without a hitch. A few days from opening an account, sending in funds, to purchasing my 1st batch of fine maturing whisky, all went smoothly like clockwork. What’s not to like.

A great way to invest in Scotch whisky

Easy to navigate platform and good customer support.

Within minutes you can invest in 1 litre of spirit, or 1000 litres of aged single malt. This is a trustworthy, well thought out company, with a well executed website and efficient, helpful staff. Investing is made simple via specific explanations and helpful hints, should you so choose. Buying and selling is simple and pleasurable.
