Rubbish delivery experience
Pellets are great but sadly, yet again, delivery was a problem. Bags had slipped sideways on the pallet so couldn't be unloaded by the driver. What a palaver.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find that the bags had shifted on the pallet, making it impossible for the driver to unload it properly.
