From what I witnessed, a business was treated with very little fairness or compassion during an already devastating situation. Vehicles were sold at auction for what seemed far below their real value, while large remaining balances and extra fees were still demanded afterward. In my opinion, the entire process felt deeply one-sided and unfair toward people who had already lost everything. The lack of compassion and fairness was shocking.

Unfortunately we found Brandon at White Oak to be quite disinterested and poor at communicating.

I beg anyone who is considering using this company, FIND SOMEONE ELSE. You will have a nightmare. POOR Staff with little access or knowledge of your account. Patronising manager who ignore facts or data and bully you, repeating the same answer. You have been warned!

Wow I cant say enough about my experience with this amazing company. I dealt with a person called Chloe Taylor who was absolutely lovely. She was experienced, supportive, knowledgeable and just basically amazing! We are a small business going through a difficult time and so looking for possible financial support and its stressful and time consuming. Chloe actually made the experience so easy. Having not used a company like this before I had no comparison, however now I have, I realise that White Oak, based on the things Chloe said and how she worked, are honest and genuine. To me it felt like she wanted to help me rather than just trying to earn lots of money/commission and they have much better values and ways of working than a lot of other brokers out there. Based on my experience I could not recommend them enough!

Don't care about data privacy at all. Asked to be removed from their system 3 times yet they call and e'mail almost each day. Absolutely horrible company.

William Nicholson is unfailingly patient, helpful, and present without being pushy. Things change quickly in our business, and Will is always quick to respond and adapt, giving us options and answering my many questions!

WhiteOak position themselves as a relationship-based lender and broker, but the reality is different. You end up dealing with sales people who do not truly understand business, rather than relationship managers who take the time to understand your operation in depth and properly qualify things before progressing. Even with a strong business, the experience becomes a “computer says no” process, which leads to wasted time. I am now refinancing with a direct provider who spent over an hour understanding our business and has already approved us

Very unprofessional & difficult to work with. Aggressive collections. A very unpleasant experience. When I come out of this the other side, they will feature in my book. A disgrace to humanity.
