I ordered a Gaggia Pro Eco (refurbished) machine in the latter part of April. It seemed to be a good deal (refurbished with a further 20% off). I had expected to give this as a present to some friends. The original delivery date with UPS was on 30 April 2025. For what ever reason it was not delivered and sent back to Whole Latte Love. I called them and it was supposed to be redelivered. It was not. On four different days it was supposed to be delivered. This may be a screw up on UPS’s part. I do not know. It appears that Whole Latte Love does not track the orders that they ship out to customers. Today I had to insist on a full refund. At no point in time did Whole Latte Love offer to make this right for me. I now have to find a new gift for my friends. Unfortunately, Whole Latta Love is the only game in town to obtain a Gaggia Pro Evo.

My update to their reply is as follows. Their reply states that my address was "entered incorrectly". I have the original order confirmation dated 30 April that has my address listed which is the correct address. The address error was at their end not mine. If Whole Latta Love wants to make this right they need to ship me another machine at the agreed to price.

I received multiple emails from support which was very helpful.. I thought my Babila could not be repaired and if it could, I would need to send the machine in for support. None of that happened the email support I received was enough with the videos which resolved all my issues.

Whole Latte Love is awesome. I love the educational materials they provide on their site and their support is always very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased my espresso maker from them eight years ago and they've provided any parts and maintenance support I've needed over the years.

Needed a replacement part for my Gaggia Accademia (which I lost, not a problem with unit). I could not find it on the WLL site. Contacted chat support (agent ZR) and they had the correct part for me in less than 30 seconds. Whole Latte Love is my go to for all things coffee for many reasons- selection, support videos, repair and maintenance, super fast delivery, and now chat!

WholeLatteLove technical videos are the greatest. Had a problem with my Gaggia Velasca super automatic giving me an error o=for the grinder assembly and pointed me to the service video. Followed the steps to troubleshoot and was able to determine the grinder unit needed to be replaced. (this unit is over 5 tears old). online tech support was able to point me too the part number to order. They are the best.

Just had a support call session with Tim Thomas because our Gaggia Babila is giving us trouble. First of all, one doesn’t get many companies who have the incredible customer/technical support that WLL does. To me, it is simply amazing. I have been using them for over ten years and have never been disappointed.

Tim Thomas specifically, is just so helpful. He was honest in giving me what options I have moving forward. He took a lot of time explaining the issues to me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. If you need technical support, he is so knowledgeable and simply the best!

I appreciate that the rep I spoke to didn’t just say, ask a plumber, instead, gave me suggestions, patiently waited for me step by step until I figured out it was a simple oversight on my part, and helped me with a missed item in my shipment and sent it immediately. If you get help from Sage consider yourself lucky!

I had a great chat with Sage from technical support who helped talk me through two separate issues.

Enjoyed my sales experience a year earlier as well. Always found the folks here to be really hospitable and want to be sure your equipment is up to par for such an investment that you've made into it.

I was on the fence about an order, ended up chatting with Missy on three separate occasions and she helped me with getting the right order in, applying a promotion, and even changing a delivery date to make sure the product got here on time. Great customer service!

This is my second time reaching out to WLL for replacement of a few small wear items on an ECM Synchronika.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Wayne and in very short order he helped me diagnose, identify replacement parts, and shared a video describing the fix in the detail.

I had an issue with my ECM Synchronika. Scheduled a video tech session with Stephen...amazing! He knew just what to ask, trouble shot my symptoms and then offered suggestions for the remedy and was spot on. My machine is back up and working perfectly because of how well Stephen guided me through the repair steps. Always a pleasure working with Whole-Latte-Love and especially nice this time with Stephen!

I followed instructions about descaling my Gaggia Classic and in rinsing out the machine in the final stages of that process the water temp from the brew head went cold to luke warm and the steam wand stopped working. Wayne and Brian from TechSupport were helpful in diagnosing the issue, even though it didn't totally make sense to me and guess what, it worked. I replaced both thermostats and I"m good to go. Thanks guys!
