Excellent in-store kitchen design consulting. Our design consultant, Alison Farrell, was very accommodating making changes to the kitchen design. She took us around the shop floor explaining the units in the store which help in our decision. We were completely satisfied at the end of the meeting. Excellent customer service from Ally. Thank you.

Replacing a kitchen is a daunting experience but I would highly recommend Ally at the Aberdeen branch. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the kitchen products. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was extremely patient about any questions that I had.

Sorry I didn't get names however there was a male and female member of staff who were very helpful and patient when I got myself into a bit of a muddle over receipts and exchanges. Thank you.

Edit: 29/07 - unfortunately this exchange never went through, at the time we signed a till receipt but were not given a copy of our own, we did query this but was told the refund would go back onto the card automatically. Weeks passed, we went back in store and was reassured that it was due to a bank holiday there was perhaps just a delay. Spoke to someone on 6th of June who confirmed the refund had not gone through but they would leave a message so when we were next in store this could be refunded, returned to store once more and duty manager was unable to find any note of this and would ask someone to call me back. Unfortunately no phonecall. Thankfully this refund was only for a small amount but we have been back and fore so many times with no resolve it has really left a poor impression. All staff have been lovely but unfortunately this issue was never rectified.

Alison at the Westhill branch in Aberdeen was great to deal with. Would highly recommend if your looking for a kitchen designer

Poor delivery service. I ordered several items for delivery, chose an available date and was initially quite pleased with the process. On the due day I received a call saying not all items were available. I said this was OK, just hold and deliver when all were available. Apparently, they can't do this and required me to cancel the missing items on the order, for refund, and re-order if still required. What utter nonsense. I did as they asked and the refund was processed promptly.

Ashley our designer made a really well laid out kitchen and was really responsive to any changes we suggested. The installer is so important to the process and the one Wickes provided was excellent. The build quality is solid and this kitchen should last 20+ years. Also a very competitive price compared to other suppliers we looked at. Highly recommended

Wickes themselves no issue - good value - but Deliveries - DX in this case - Appalling lack of updates and contact if delays. Tracking a joke if you live in Scotland. The Wickes “bot” online assistant said if delivery not in 30 days I can get refund..!! Who can afford to wait indoors for a delivery for 30 days. Maybe those on benefits, but not working people.
Store staff told me I could not get item delivered to store for collection.
Item arrived now but courier company procedures poor.

The lady arrived on time and carried out a detailed survey. Sat and discussed some suggestions she had to help the design

Sejal was so helpful and accommodating with my tile mishap, I really appreciated it!

Alison was a lovely person to deal with, patient & helpfull. She explained things to us & guided us through the design of our kitchen. (Which I am sure was a challenge) very well done.

Impromptu visit to Wickes to look at the kitchen ranges. Spoke to Alison with our queries and fortunately she had a cancellation. Alison did a plan and priced our kitchen giving us a discount . Absolutely delighted with the service and can't wait to get our units.

A young man by the name of Hamza helped me with sand to my car and lifted it all in the car for me. Lovely lad, polite and most helpful. He deserves recognition.

Alison was very approachable and extremely helpful with designing my new bathroom.

I’ve been visiting Wickes in Westhill
Aberdeenshire since it’s opened and thank goodness there’s a DIY store near me. I stay locally and even though it’s not the largest DIY store in Aberdeen, it has a lot of stock. The staff I’ve encountered have always been friendly, especially Sejal who helped me with a plasterboard problem. I do love the 10% trade discount and the location. I’ve never had a bad experience.
