Guyo - excellent customer service
Guyo was extremely helpful when I couldn’t find the particular paint I wanted (as I’d run out during a job) - he checked stock to make sure there was none in the warehouse, then he took the time to mix some to get the colour I needed.

I dragged my husband to wickes this morning as a woman on a mission. We were greeted in the store by several employees.Who were not only helpful but informative. I would like to say a huge thank you to Guyo who was the most friendly, patient helpful person, allowing me to be my usual chaotic self. Choosing and mixing paints. Helping us choose out various of different panelling, and the correct things we need to figure out our kitchen Reno. I walked into Wickes as a confused woman with a vague plan, no measurements, and the quiet confidence of someone who absolutely did *not* know what they were doing. Enter: Guyo.
Guyo calmly listened to my rambling explanation, translated it into actual hardware language, and then proceeded to help me find *everything* I needed—without once making me feel silly or overwhelmed. Honestly, if Wickes sold “sense of direction” and “clarity,” I’m convinced Guyo would know exactly which aisle they’re in.
Top-tier customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and saved me from wandering the store aimlessly for hours. If you’re lost in Wickes, find Guyo.
