Josh was amazing! Really helpful, made us feel looked after with our paints and colours, gave great advice and ensured we went home with the right colour at a good price :) highly recommend

We needed help with door handles and the necessary tubular latches . Charlie and Anna were instantly helpful and made life very simple. Highly recommend the Anerley store.

Great attention even on a very low value purchase.
I picked up two similar products from the plumbing section and went towards a small group of staff who were assisting another customer. When they finished, they turned to me and I said I wanted to ask for an "expert opinion" to decide between the two products.
A lady introduced herself as the expert - she had previously worked at a plumbing superstore - and a decision was made.
On returning home, I installed the recommended pipe connector and, lo and behold, the expert was proved correct, and all this for a £4 sale.
Very pleased I went there and would recommend.

Great staff
I had a very great experience at this store. The staff are very helpful and friendly, with great product knowledge and a keen urge to present great customer service. Especially a staff member called Joe who tended to my needs and even went over and beyond to carry what I had purchased to my car.

A big thanks to Kamron at Wickes Anerley who was so kind and helpful. He fetched a trolley in the store and loaded it with many heavy bags and then into my car. A great guy.

Great staff and store

Today, I had to buy plaster boards & 40 litres of paint…..
Harrison, was the most helpful and pleasant man, nothing for him was too much trouble.
Harrison found me a trolly, got my plaster board and paint.
Then proceeded to load my car.
Hold on to him WICKS, great employee.
