Wickes - Baguley Reviews 

Wickes planned and installed a new wet room for us, the designer Hayley took us through the design process and even though we changed our times came out with an excellent design for us. The installers (7 Seven Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd) were excellent, they were clean and tidy and worked very hard, they finished in 5 days when we expected it to take twice that long, the finish was great and we are very happy with it. The Wickes support staff were also great, keeping us informed all the way and making sure we were happy.

I have never bought a kitchen or bathroom before and to be quite honest whenever I buy anything big may that be a sofa or car etc I have always found the sales people to be not hugely knowledgeable or a bit Salesey push type and it puts me off however this has 100% not been my experience with wickes. Hayley cassells has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish, without Hayley I we would have shopped around but she is hugely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and although you can tell she is brilliant at sales she certainly does not come across as salesey hand on heart an amazing experience and Hayley I am sure under wickes’s gudiance has been amazing thank you so much and if we ever neee another big person I will come look for Hayley’s help.

After getting quotes from some local contractors we visited Wickes as we wanted the security of dealing with a large company with good customer reviews. From the start Hayley was a delight to deal with. Patient, knowledgeable and responsive, even replying to emails out of hours. We are absolutely in love with our new ensuite shower room. The work has been completed to a high standard by Jak @ Rafal. They were super efficient, even working until 8pm one night to get the work done! They were clean and tidy throughout the project and very pleasant and professional to deal with. All in all a great, smooth experience and we won’t hesitate to contact Hayley and the team for our next project.

Visited for the first time after moving to the area and carrying out some unexpected electrical work. The team were especially helpful and spent time ensuring I get the right products for the job. They also returned some incorrect items I had ordered with no fuss. Keeley was the lady who helped me, with the expert advice of Phoenix.

Hayley was fantastic to work with while designing our perfect kitchen. From the very beginning, she really listened to what we wanted and helped turn our ideas into a design that was both beautiful and practical. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always happy to suggest ideas we hadn’t thought of, which made a big difference to the final result.
Throughout the whole process, Hayley was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and enjoyable. We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Hayley to anyone looking for help with their kitchen design

Huge shout out to Wickes in Baguley, Hayley is an absolute star, excellent service from start to finish and always on hand whenever I needed help and advice even when she wasn't working and even after completion, Hayley is still there making sure everything is perfect. My kitchen is amazing and I love spending time here now and many thanks to Andy and the team for a super professional job with installation, plumbing, electrics etc and extremely lovely people and Andy went above and beyond for me. Thanks so much.

Ike was helpful, friendly and provided an excellent service. He found what I was looking for, got a trolley and loaded the items and even suggested I buy one extra. He is a credit to Wickes and I also saw him being as helpful and friendly to other customers.

Hayley is a superstar, from design to completion of installation she was super helpful and always on hand to help with any queries (even checking in on her days off!). Also a big shout out to Eni and his installation team who were great all round. They all worked so hard to get mum's bathroom installed as quickly and painlessly as possible. What a fantastic team ❤️

Keeley was a fantastic help, and I noticed she stopped what she was doing to help me find paint. The choice was overwhelming and she explained the differences and was very knowledgable. I bought large tubs of the Wickes brand, and I am very happy with my purchase . Keeley even helped me at the till with difficulties with my card payment. The overall shopping experience was very satisfying and makes me want to return due to her skills

Came for a click and collect and was in and out in minutes!!! Amazing service from Ike in the Baguley store- noticed me & came to help before I even arrived at the till and had my order ready in a few minutes. Cheerful service with a smile that made my day!!!!

I went in to wicks Altrincham because it was very convenient from where I was working to pick up the materials I needed. I would just like to say the staff were very helpful especially IKE who was manning the checkout. He was very cheerful and very helpful. Thankyou.

We popped into the store after work, staff were very friendly and helpful. The guy on the paint section was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. The guy on the checkout Ike was very funny & friendly despite it being 6:30 ish he gave excellent customer service.
