I met Molly when I decided to update my kitchen and bathroom. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my needs and preferences and designed both spaces to suit my requirements perfectly.

Throughout the design process, Molly was very accommodating and made changes whenever needed. I was extremely pleased with her attention to detail, professionalism, and personal approach. She made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable.

The delivery and all the finer details were handled very efficiently, and throughout the installation process, I was able to liaise easily with Molly and the team at Wickes whenever I had any questions or needed support.

A big thank you to Molly and the entire Wickes team for their excellent service, support, and commitment. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services.

We had the privilege of meeting with Alice to discuss our new kitchen design and she was so welcoming, attentive, great listener and all round amazing person to help design our new kitchen.
She’s understood our wants and needs for a new bigger kitchen space and made this happen with her design skills and knowledge.
When we re-visited to finalise our design, she made the changes that we needed and helped with every aspect of making the kitchen more spacious and easy to work with.
She has a lovely friendly manner and was a genuine nice person to work and speak with. She has made our new kitchen even better than we ever expected and can’t thank her enough.

We came to have a consultation with Alice and she was so informative, and a very lovely person to talk to. She understood everything we wanted and listened to all the little details. We can’t wait to see the design she plans for us and have another chat with her. She’s a credit to your team.

The appointment system was easy. When we arrived at the Clifton store we received a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Molly was amazing and looked after us, She is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process. She was attentive and generated 3D imaging showing the different options of how our kitchen would look. This was extremely helpful. We were concerned the day after about the measurements we had given to her. We needn't have worried as Molly came out and checked everything for us. Just sitting back now and waiting for the delivery.

Molly has been amazing. Don't know what I would have done without her. Completely got what we needed, came to check measurements and has been proactive about dealing with any issues. As a result we are also getting a bathroom with Molly's support.

We are looking to update our bathroom, so we booked an appointment on line for a home visit. The booking system was easy to follow. We received a confirmation email immediately, advising the name of the staff member who would be visiting. In our case it was a gentleman called Shear. We also received a follow up telephone call and text the day before confirming the appointment. Shear arrived on the dot, and took measurements of the bathroom, and we chatted over ideas. We then made a follow up show room appointment, where we were able to see our bathroom in 3D. Having already mentioned what was important to us, Shear had started the design. He accompanied us around the bathroom section where we were shown examples of the products. Back at the design station Shear was able to input our choices into the computer. This was excellent, as he was able to show us different layouts of the room, and what worked and didn't work. His knowledge was impressive, and he came up with some good ideas for large spaces in a bathroom. He was patient, friendly and professional. He informed us of the procedure, and was not pushy. It all made for a lovely experience. Excellent service from Shear.

We recently booked a home visit appointment with our nearest wicks store (Clifton) for a new kitchen design. Molly was so helpful from start to finish. Molly called me before our appointment date to run through a couple of things before she visited our home to measure up, then went off to put 3 designs together for us. We chose one of the designs with a few tweaks which Molly so kindly added for us. Mollys service and experience was outstanding she made the whole experience relaxing and easy. She definitely knows what she’s doing. Thank you.

Molly at the Clifton store is amazing! She is a really nice friendly person who puts you at ease and listens to your requirements. She has the patience of a saint, taking time to explain fully, weigh up the options with us- oh, and she totally knows her stuff.

DO NOT ORDER A KITCHEN FROM THIS STORE OF COMPANY!!

Alice measured my kitchen wrong. Store manager tried to blame me for their mistakes. 4 delivery attempts later im still missing parts. One of the deliveries items arrived smashed up, and the delivery firm did not right down it was damaged

I want to tell Wickes how much of an amazingly fantastic delivery driver they have. Michael Leather delivered to my home for the Clifton branch in Manchester today. He is the most polite, helpful and respectful member of your staff I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I really appreciate that. He will make me purchase again from Wickes because of how respectful he is. I'd give six stars if I could because of him.

Molly is absolutely brilliant she helped us choose our kitchen she came up with suggestions we never thought off. She knows her job inside and out. She is a lovely young lady. I recommend her expertise to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

I cannot speak highly enough about Molly (Wickes - Clifton). Her knowledge, attention to detail and diligence is second to none. Having Molly help with our kitchen design has made this whole process very smooth and straightforward. Molly' dedication is exceptional and she is a major asset for Wickes Clifton. Although, I live in the Lake District and there are Wickes stores closer to me, I will always go to Molly at Wickes Clifton for any Kitchen and Bathroom in the future as her expertise is unparalleled!

I organised a home kitchen design appointment via the Wickes website. The service was quick and easy to operate with a good selection of dates and times available.
Alice from the Clifton branch attended. She was on time, polite and very knowledgeable about options and designs that would most benefit our kitchen layout. She remained proactive with potential ideas without trying to up sell unnecessary features that we wouldn't use. I look forward to viewing my 3D plan in the coming days.
