Ria Hassan did a plan that looks better…
Ria Hassan did a plan that looks better in reality than it did on paper. It is so well designed, light, airy and looks twice the size with the way units have been moved around. Wickes delivered everything on time except for the worktops, which we and the fitters had not wait for, delaying completion by three days. The fitters were professional and tidy.

How are they in business?
Booked a consultation online at home to quote for a new bathroom. They changed the appointment time without calling us to check this would be suitable.
No follow up after visit, no email with quote no paperwork left with us?
Don’t think your designer likes their job or cares to be honest.
Safe to say we won’t be using wicks.

We have just had a kitchen fitted. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The kitchen designer (Influence) was extremely helpful and provided good ideas in planning the kitchen. The customer services team were always available to help. Finally the Kitchen fitters (R B Kitchens) have done a truly wonderful job. The finish is quite outstanding.

Wickes Colonnades…
I often visit the Wickes Colonnades branch on the Purley Way . I wish to commend the great service I have received on so many occasions from ViVi who is an absolute asset for your organisation . She will so often stop to say hello and when I ask for assistance on various store items , not only will she lead me to the exact place but also explain the range of products that are available to me . I had often wanted to say a big formal thank you to Vivi and I felt this was the best way to compliment her for a great and positive attitude towards her customers . Well done Vivi for your helpful commitment which has not gone unnoticed. - Sanjay
