Our designer Reece put together several designs and helped us make the most of the space we had.
Our fitted Sean arrived when he said he would, worked tirelessly till the job was finished, making sure we were happy as it all came together.
We would highly recommend them both.

Steve is amazing! I was apprehensive about doing my bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs but Steve, eased those anxieties through his approach-ability, openness and all around down to earth approach. 10/10!

I had an issue with my garden hose went to wicks derby, couldn't find any solution for my problem. Was walking out of the store thought ask the lady at the reception if she can help me. Linda O lovely lady listened me and find me solution. Thank you very much Linda O for helping me.

We have recently had a kitchen from Wickes which we love. We initially had a rough design layout that we wanted and their designer Emily Cassidy gave us lots of help in getting it to fit with our kitchen dimensions. She did all she could to offer different options to make it work for us. We had a kitchen in our previous home from Wickes and knew what to expect. The installers that Emily assigned were great and easy to get on with and their additional work was done at a price we were happy with. Wickes do ensure that the customer is happy with the project at different stages. I would definitely recommend them

As a novice at DIY I was worried about what I needed for a home improvement job. Sandy at the Derby store was incredible, she made me feel comfortable, listened to what I needed and explained how to use the items I needed. Top quality experience, thank you Sandy 😊

We chose a Wickes paint to order kitchen as I wanted duck egg blue units and they offered this option. Reece Moore helped design the kitchen and put us in touch with Carl Hampton a Wickes approved kitchen fitter. As the kitchen was paint to order we had to use a Wickes approved fitter.
Carl was wonderful! Professional and pains taking he ensured everything went smoothly and was just what we wanted.
We are delighted with the kitchen and have received many compliments on it.

I bought an oven from Wickes Derby and had a really positive experience. Chris and Bev were both very helpful and made everything straightforward from start to finish. Two other members of the team also came out and loaded the oven into my car without me even having to ask.

The whole process was easy, everyone was friendly, and the customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Had wicks to do our bathroom and jack , our installer was very good , hard working and on time . Thankyou Reese for planning it and we absolutely love it

We have just had our bathroom installed from the Wickes Derby branch.,by ALB bathroom installers who did fantastic job.Our designer Dmitri Mamajev was very polite and helpful to work with.Ian and Hendrix from customer service were also very helpful during the installation by delivering the items we needed.Dan Wiggins the installer from ABL bathroom was conscientious and meticulous and a very clean worker.
We are very pleased with our bathroom installation.

We came to Wickes for our new kitchen, because the price & quality of the kitchens were fantastic. I was drawn to the corner larder in the Tiverton range. I was blown away by this unit. I just loved it.
We sat with Hassan Setayesh (Mr Woo) Benidorm. He was so understanding & patient, going through the design every step of the way. He worked wonders (miracles) with our measurements. We did have to make a few tweaks, but the final result was better than I imagined. We ordered the kitchen last year, when we still had work to do in the new extension, because we needed to place socket points & appliances around the new open space. We took delivery of our new kitchen March 2026. We built the units up, took delivery of appliances & then the Quartz worktops just finish it off beautifully 🥰

Having purchased a kitchen and had it installed by Wickes this review comes in two parts.
Our design consultant in store was Reece Moore. Although we had some idea of the kitchen we wanted, we were initially in awe of the number of options available to us. Reece however walked us through every step of the design process offering advice and assurances based on his expert knowledge. At no time however did we feel under any pressure or that he was trying to upsell, just sound honest advice. Once finalised he similarly ran us through payment options and again did not point us in any direction, just made things as clear as possible. Overall the process could not have been easier and we cannot Thank him enough.
Moving onto installation, our chosen installer was Sean Parker who we met initially when he made an initial to our house to survey and identify any possible pitfalls and to generally measure up. Instantly he made us feel at ease and took us through step by step what would happen and assured us not to worry about anything. In terms of the installation itself, right from the start Sean got stuck in every day working tirelessly through the hottest of conditions, coordinated other trades seamlessly, and left his work area neat and tidy at the end of each day. After almost 2 weeks of hard work our kitchen was complete, everything was exactly as we had imagined and hoped for, and the standard of workmanship is exemplary. I really get the feeling that it is like he is working on his own kitchen and it has to be done right. I cannot recommend him enough or indeed the Wickes kitchen experience as a whole. Thanks to everyone involved including the Customer Service team who helped resolve one minor issue with the minimum of fuss or disruption.

Had a new bathroom installed in August 2025. The pump is not working now, less than a year later. Wickes says it is under guarantee. Speaking to the pump manufacturers , the pump has been wrongly installed hence the warrantee is void. What a disaster this whole installation has been. Never again !..According to Trust pilot you have contacted me for more information. That is not true. I have not received a call a message nor an email from you.

Having explored several kitchen suppliers making appointments and travelling here and there I literally drifted into Wickes an hour before closing and met Emily, who could not have been more helpful.
The modelling was quick, and the Wickes range had everything I wanted and other little niceties that I purchased. In any case I decided to buy a Wickes kitchen on the back of the encounter. I wanted the delivery in a relatively short time frame, which I was not expecting the date to be achievable but she pulled some strings and the delivery happened as I wanted.
Since then I have made some changes as it was being built and the after sales care has been amazing. I could not be happier. The quality is fantastic, the build has been easy as it is a self build and I experience no issues at all.
I met other members of the design team when I was chopping and changing things and they have all been brilliant and very helpful, I highly recommend Wickes kitchens and the design team.

I have had the best shopping experience today at Wickes, London Road, Derby, that I have had in ANY retail outlet in a long time. The member of staff who helped me was Ellie. Wow, talk about a girl who is passionate about her job. She is the most polite, helpful, knowledgeable person. You can tell she likes her job and wants to help you. I spoke with Ellie prior to the store visit and I was impressed with her over the phone but after actually meeting her and being served by her today, I was 100% impressed
