Went in to collect my items using click and collect, ended up buying more thanks too David and Nicki giving me fantastic information on products spent £100 not including my click and collect but what can I say! Fantastic sale reps also the kitchen South African accent he will be booked to come measure up my kitchen after he shown me a kitchen I fell in love with at a fantastic price! What a lovely team at Dunfermline you have! You should be proud!
Great help to my car very chatty and what a great sense of humour they have too and they work like family! Normally a B&Q gal but I'm now all for whickes

Wickes Dunfermline have been a great support for our local calais woods community group. As volunteers, giving up our time to improve & maintain our local greenspace, donations of tools & materials from businesses like Wickes is an invaluable support.

I managed to remove some of the lacquer of my laminate worktop so I paid a visit to the store this morning, although there wasn’t anything suitable Janice was so helpful taking me up and showing me what products they had and also asking other colleagues if they knew anything that I could use, so 5 stars Janice and a wee shout out to Diane too who is always very helpful, lovely store and lovely staff.

Went to the Dunfermline store for a few items for a project. David P was amazing- he helped us find a few things we were looking for, answered some questions we had, and had a brilliant attitude. Such a gent, he's a Credit to your store. Thanks

Young man was really helpfull and showed me everything that I was looking for, also very friendly.

Went in to refresh our 10 year old kitchen. We were assisted by George who was excellent from start to finish.

Came round to do our consultation and listened to our many quirks we wanted and delivered on all them and more.

Can't recommend Wickes and of course George enough.

First time Wickes customer, bathroom design service is excellent. Thanks to Marius for listening to our ideas and designing us an amazing bathroom. Lovely gentleman, great customer service. Will write a second review once the bathroom is installed but if it’s as good as the service so far we will be very happy customers

Needed a bathroom completely refurbished and extremely pleased with the new Wickes in Dunfermline. Exceptionally helpful - not in just the layout we wanted but also what we could do we hadn't thought of. project was managed very well, things delivered on time - just very coordinated. The installers were very helpful and very neat n tidy (much appreciated every day). Having a plumber and joiner combined avoided delays and streamlined installation (Kenny from Instant Plumbing). of the few things we bought too much of - quickly refunded at job end. very pleased with job from start to finish - highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service from Nikki at the Dunfermline store this evening , friendly and very informative, helped us with measurements for our new flooring and even told us what further offers were in store for tiles so we actually bought more than originally planned managed to purchase wood flooring and tiled flooring also , Nikki helped us from start to finish even helping to load and unload to the car , absolute star employee probably one of our best customer experiences by far !

i was in store just after 7am looking for paint at the new Dunfermline store, Stacey asked if i needed help and for the next 45 minutes i was inspired by her knoledge and even though the rough colour i was looking for was not available at a good price i considered Stacey's advice and left the store with required product and was extremely happy with the assistance i got.

David from Dunfirmline wicks was attentive and helpful with our purchases. Great staff at the store I would recommend them for all of you trade or DIY needs

The general feel of the store is calm and fresh. Items are stocked in a logical manner.
I was looking for materials to sound insulate a music room. It was all there and simple to find.
Thanks must go to Lisa A, who was helpful and cheery and only enhanced my experience.

My only criticism is that there's no 'materials cutting' service, which would be great and most likely increase footfall, allowing customers to have panels etc cut to size.
Something for the future?

James was very helpful with the paint mixing and Lisa A was very friendly at checkout. Def be back here and not B and Q

Visited whilst in a wee break from the borders.
The psint we needed was on offer( very good offer in Dulux) and was in stock.

Store clean .

Lisa on the till was fantastic ( she should work in the tourist information) . Gave us great advice on visiting the town and was lovely to chat with.

David was very helpful, helped us quickly with both visits we had, polite and had a good sense of humour!

I dealt with Nikki this evening. She was extremely helpful and very understanding of the products available. Will definitely be back!

Visited several stores today looking at paint and Wickes (Dunfermline) was definitely the best experience. Lisa A was so friendly and helpful. Stevie too, who took time to help me search for a particular colour. I like the layout of the store and the fact they have a customer toilet. Really nice shop.

Been in a few times since opening and consistently good customer service. What a difference it makes. Great to see the show area for kitchen / bathroom.

Great experience within Wickes Dunfermline few days ago. Thanks to David I found what I required on the day, with him having great patience and knowledge.
