5*****

I came in for some compost and a lovely young gentleman I think was called Marcus/Mark helped me put 3 bags on my trolley, then put them into my car. A young girl called Grace was very friendly & caring. What 2 lovely members of staff! I’ve been in previously but have never experienced staff like them before. I hope to see you both again!

WET ROOM ANYONE??
This company helped my client choose the WetRoom of her dreams after previously being let down by another plumber. My client over ordered and Sophie I think her name was, managed to help get a refund right away. I have since sent more clients to Wickes for bathroom suites, quick delivery, good customer service and always a friendly smile.

Sophie was polite, friendly and helpful.

Popped in store today and got help from Sophie with signing up to TradePro and she reeled off all her knowledge on the tradepro benefits including the upcoming event!

Sophie was brilliant, very helpful and accomodating!

I’ve been in here a few times now, and Sophie has been extremely helpful. She always welcomes you with a smile

Popped in to get some bits and got confused. An employee named Sophie came to my aid and helped me. More polite and friendly staff everywhere please

Sophie was great promoting the trade pro card giving me 10 percent off

All the staff over the years have always been very kind and helpful and brought a smile to mine and everyone’s faces, top team!

I recently visited Wickes and was helped by Sophie Alice. I didn't know Sophie before this visit, but she made such a positive impression that I wanted to leave a review.

Sophie Alice was friendly, approachable, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to ask about my business and offered helpful advice and support that I really appreciated.

As someone with learning difficulties and a disability, I found Sophie to be incredibly patient, understanding, and easy to communicate with. She explained everything clearly, treated me with kindness and respect, and made me feel valued as a customer.

It's rare to receive customer service as good as this. Sophie Alice is a real credit to the Wickes team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Sophie, for making my visit such a positive experience.

Sophie is the best worker in the whole building. They should just make her management ASAP...also she has lovely dogs 🐕 😊

Sophie was brilliant! Had such a warm welcome alongside top customer service. Helped me get exactly what I needed. Will definitely be coming back. It’s a 10/10 from me. Thank you Sophie.

Great service from Sophie and Alex when purchasing two garden storage units and refunding one to purchase a damage return. Thank you

Popped in to buy some white top coat. Unsure between gloss and satin but a charming member of staff (Grace) helped me out no end. I went for satin ( on her advise) and we love it so much we will change all the house over as we decorate going forward.

Fantastic!
I felt listened to and we went at my pace
Everything was explained in simple language and Grace was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. 10/10 for customer service
Thank you

Outstanding service from the team. Sophie was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble, we will definitely be back.

I've been using Wickes regularly for the past three years, and I can honestly say I've only ever had positive experiences.

The whole team are consistently friendly, helpful and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit.

A special thank you has to go to Ollie and Victoria, who always go above and beyond to help. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they genuinely make the effort to ensure customers are looked after.
The wider team deserve recognition too , whether it's helping locate stock, checking out the back when shelves are running low, or simply offering service with a smile, everyone is polite and eager to help.

The store is clearly well run, well stocked, and the staff take pride in what they do.

The weekend team are equally fantastic , always approachable, kind and professional.
I regularly recommend Wickes to friends, family and fellow tradespeople, and I wouldn't hesitate to continue doing so.

Thank you to everyone at the store for all your hard work , it really doesn't go unnoticed.
