Wickes - High Wycombe Reviews 

We had Dimu for the 2nd time in 12 years come and measure up for a new kitchen. The fitters Darren and Lee worked like trojans to achieve the perfect kitchen.
We are very pleased with the outcome, and have no hesitation in recommending Wickes.

Was thinking of buying a kitchen. Compared a few quotes and reviews as well. Wickes turned out to be the best price-quality ratio. Wade McCleary was amazing in preparing the quotation, suggesting different options and attentive to details. Was very supportive along the length of the project.

We wanted to look at a new Kitchen and Bathroom for our apartment - We worked with Wade McCleary at the High Wycombe Branch. He was very professional and attentive and produced just what we were looking for. A very good design and pricing procedure which was easy to follow - Thanks Wade.

We had our kitchen designed and all costs involved by Sarah at wycombe store. She was great absolutely what we needed after being messed around by other suppliers.

2 days before the kitchen and appliances were ment to be delivered we went away on holiday so the work could be carried out. I recived a voice mail saying please can you book a slot for delivery even though I had confirmation via txt and email.

Long story short head office said its there fault but can't deliver on the date that had been given. Managed to get private transport but still not everything was delivered. It was a damn nightmare trying to talk to customer service and not really helping without going mental at them.

Kitchen is very good apart from the caskets are not the best by any standards. But happy with the final finish.

Sarah was a professional through out the whole process (shame it was her day/s off when delivery issues happened. ) As soon as Sarah was in everything got sorted personally deliverd missing and damaged components.

Sarah is amazing.......would use her over and over again as and when I need. Sarah has also helped personal friends with their kitchen and are very happy.

Wickes delivery was an absolute joke.

Nothing was too much trouble for Wade. He explained everything really clearly and was really concerned to achieve what we wanted.

I Placed an order for supply only bathroom items after a helpful session with the designer at the High Wycombe store. After that it all wrong with deliveries. Apart from tje Wickes direct delivery which turned up at the correct address anything direct from their suppliers went all over the country except where it was supposed to go. Eventually one turned up at the invoice address (50 miles away which i had to re deliver myself), 2 others went on several occasions to a made up postcode and despite numerous long wait telephone calls, emails and form filling with both the store and customer services one of these never arrived at all and i had to order from a more reliable supplier. Dont trust anything wickes representitives tell you, they clearly cannot manage their supply chain and couriers.

So having provided the additional details requested by Wickes i have been told the shower tray is now out of stock and Wickes are not able to do anything until 18th August!
Also npt willing to refund the delivery charge despite not fulfilling delivery of the whole order, making me drive 50 miles, and costing me money to pay for abortive visits by trades. Shame i cant give less than one star, Wickes dont even deserve even that; please avoid if you want materials on time at the correct address.

Had a kitchen designed by Dimu. She was very open to incorporate our ideas and requirements. I wanted to fit the kitchen myself with the exception of the surface and this all worked out well. Very happy with the quality.

Our 26-year-old Bathroom had come to the end of its life and needed replacement. Wade at Wickes was incredibly helpful in designing and helping Jew which range of bathroom fittings to choose and how delayed out in a new modern design. We were appointed John as the fitter who was superb and paid attention to all the fine detail resulting in a perfect finished job that looks amazing. The shower was Roma and the large waterfall head and easy controls is the best shower I’ve been in. Although there were a few hiccups as with any big projects these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the Which team and John. we have another Bathroom to do and will be arranging this with Wickes in due course.

Wade has been incredibly helpful on the two occassions we have used him and Wickes for our Kitchen & Utility room.

A consummate professional with great customer service, highly recommend!

The young male assistant at the High Wycombe branch that mixed me some paint this afternoon was most helpful and knowledgeable of the product. A rare quality these days. I will certainly return in the future.

I recently worked with Dimu Liyana at Wickes, High Wycombe for a kitchen design, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ll be the first to admit that I am not an easy person to please; I have a very specific vision and high standards. Dimu was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, never making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was her adaptivity—she truly listened to my ideas and understood my vision perfectly, translating it into a functional design. If you want someone who actually cares about getting the details right, ask for Dimu.

Sarah is amazing and very talented at her job.
She transformed a currently small kitchen to a beautiful new kitchen with lots of cupboards and brilliant work top space.

I had a very low hopes for this small room to be transformed to this practical and beautiful space to enjoy cooking and baking.

First impressions count.

First thing Wade said to me, was oh your early. In a very condescending tone. (10 mins)

Then went from bad to worse, with out discussing a budget he proceeded to tell me 3 times what I was looking at was expensive....!!

Wade was totally dismissive of all my requirements.

We basically sat in silence whilst he designed what he wanted.

I do not feel Wade would have spoken to a Man in the manner he spoke to me

We were delighted with the service we received from Wickes from when we placed the order with Dimu at the showroom, to the finished kitchen. She came up with a very good design which suited us well.
The fitters, Robert and Mirek could not have been better. They dealt skillfully with unexpected plumbing issues, they were thorough, considerate, and altogether excellent.
We would recommend Wickes to anyone considering a new kichen.

Great service and a great kitchen - Dimu from High Wycombe was very helpful and made the process super simple. It’s my third kitchen and bathroom from here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We are very happy with our kitchen from Wickes. Dimu designed an amazing kitchen for us that suits our cottage perfectly. Her attention to detail and innovative ideas have given us a kitchen that is practical and stylish and adds a real wow to our home! The rounded edges and corners are a particularly good feature of the design as are the internal drawers in our tall cupboards. A big thank you to Dimu.

Very good service from helpful Nina at High Wycombe branch who found me some much needed floor glue. She was notably polite and helpful.

I wanted to take the time to single out for the highest praise, Nina, the staff member on the counter. She was instantly cheerful, helpful and efficient. Despite a large queue having formed she dealt with everyone quickly and courteously. Some people greeted her like old friends! She’s obviously and popular member of staff. I hope that Wickes management recognise what an asset Nina is. I went three times in one day and she was bright, cheerful and super efficient each time. Thanks Nina. Five stars.

Nina helped me so much. As a women coming into wickes I was unsure exactly what I needed and where to find it. Nina helped me the whole time and was refreshing to see a female friendly face! Thankyou!
