Wiktoria was amazing!! She's so friendly and polite. Everything was so simple and quick and she included everything we wanted in the plan. We went through all aspects of the design to make sure we loved everything and she even set up the delivery date for us that we wanted before we got home. Would definitely recommend

We recently had our new kitchen designed by Wiktoria, Design Consultant at Wickes in Huntingdon, and we absolutely love it! From the very first meeting, when our kitchen (extension and knock-through) was just a set of architect’s drawings, through to ensuring the installation went smoothly, she has been absolutely fantastic.

Wiktoria is a real pleasure to work with. She always goes above and beyond, finding smart solutions to any challenges (including an unexpected beam!) and making sure we were happy with every detail. Her advice was spot on, she stayed calm under pressure, and was always polite, professional, and a joy to deal with.

She also made sure we were assigned an experienced fitting team, and Kevin and Tom were brilliant- true perfectionists who did an outstanding job.

We visited a number of kitchen suppliers before deciding, and Wiktoria stood out by far as the most knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely lovely person we met. We’re so glad we chose Wickes.

The only thing we found was that we didn’t really end up using the Customer Experience Co-ordinator much – but that’s probably because Wiktoria was so amazing and proactive that we just went straight to her whenever we needed anything!

Our new kitchen looks absolutely stunning, and we’ve had so many compliments on the quality, finish, and overall design. A massive thank you to Wiktoria, Kevin, and Tom – the dream team!

Right from the start the wickes kitchen team, Sarah Jenkins kitchen designer to marcio Schmitt the kitchen fitter have been very approachable, professional, informative to every degree, marcio in particular has been brilliant with time keeping and cleanliness whilst working and very friendly person. The guy who fitted quartz worktops,We are extremely happy with our new kitchen thank you Wickes.

Ordered a new bathroom from Wickes. The designer, Wiktoria, was extremely helpful and very patient with us. She made lots of suggestions about things we haven't even considered and is clearly very knowledgeable.
Overall the design process took a couple of hours from start to finish and the overall cost was very competitive.

I was lucky enough to be helped by George who sorted out my requirements, advised me on what else I needed and, after he took my payment, carried everything to my car. He was knowledgeable, charming and helpful and you are a lucky company to employ him.

Our whole experience with ordering our new bathroom from Wickes was fantastic. Sarah was very polite and helpful when designing our new bathroom and she made the process very easy and hassle free.

When it came to fitting, mark and his team were absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, has exceptional quality of work, and really friendly. Our bathroom looks amazing now and works great.

Wiktoria from the Huntingdon office was absolutely immense! I was very impressed with her ability to suggest amendments to our plans without coming across as interfering or taking over. From the off the contact and explanation as to how things work have been great. Sarah Jenkins has been polite, informative and excellent in helping make the process smooth to date. There have been no delays and she has helped in mocking up images of bathrooms as to help me pick what I want. So far, so good!

Wiktoria was so helpful - no matter how many questions I had, she was always happy to help. Our last experience of buying a kitchen was horrendous so we were quite nervous but Wiktoria (from the showroom) and Michael (kitchen fitter) were absolutely brilliant and took all the stress out. We had absolute faith and trust in both of them and best of all, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen and better than we had anticipated. The design and quality of workmanship is second to none. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a kitchen!

Wickes free bathroom design service was great and Sarah Gerrard-Cook at the Huntingdon store was absolutely fantastic. She not only helped us design the bathroom, find products and gave sound advice but also followed things up consistently, throughout the installation. We are very happy with the end product and the bathroom looks lovely.

Very disappointed with the service the delivery never turned up even though I said for it

I went to the Huntingdon store to buy some dulux paint which was on offer. The paint I wanted was not on display so I asked a member of staff, a young man named George, for assistance. George checked for me but had to apologise that the item was, unfortunately, out of stock in the store. He then guided me to the website where I could place a click & collect order. As he was so helpful and approachable, I then asked for his assistance with a shower set which I was considering purchasing but was unsure if suitable for my needs. Having listened to my requirements and looked at the product, he advised that it should be suitable but, if not, could be returned, providing that there was no damage to the item or packaging. I, therefore, purchased the product and I am very happy with it. I was very impressed and satisfied with the level of customer service that George provided and will return to this store.

Wiktoria was very helpful throughout the process of making our initial enquiries and then booking a home visit and design service. She helped us explore different options to suit our budget and took time to listen and adapt plans according to our preferences. There was never any "hard sell" pressure and the whole experience was professional and friendly.

We had our kitchen designed at Wickes by Sarah Gerrard-Cook. She was brilliant, designing the kitchen just how we wanted it and always happy to make any changes needed and answer all our questions very quickly and fit appointments in to what worked with our schedule and offering advice on what would work best. She provided very detailed plans to help the builder install as designed.

The delivery of the units was good with good updates and tracking. The quality of them isn’t the best, they are quite flimsy. They do have a very nice finished look. We went with the Ohio sage and it is a lovely colour.
One unit arrived broken and they happily sent a replacement for it, but it took a while to get the replacement. They ship replacements using DX and there was poor communication from them on delivery dates and times as someone needed to be in to receive it. They broke a unit in transit so we had to wait longer for another unit to be dispatched with no updates. We only found this out when we chased wickes customer service and DX.

Sarah kept following up to provide us with contacts needed to resolve the issue and make sure we had everything sorted.

Sarah Jenkins provided superb service. Extremely effecient, brilliant use of the computer program that planned our new kitchen. We could not be more satisfied.

The whole experience from Wicktoija (wickes planner) coming out to assess and plan the new en-suite to the design, to the fit, to the plumber (mario) has been excellent. We were consulted at every step and the plan was exactly what we asked for. Wicktoija listened to our ideas and was very forthcoming with ideas and advice and knew exactly what we wanted. Mario the plumber was very professional and friendly and again consulted us every step of the installation. The finish and attention to detail is high quality. We cannot praise the experience and Wiktorija annd Mario enough and the new en-suite looks amazing and we are very pleased with it. We would definitely use Huntingdon Wickes again.

Sarah Gerrard-Cook at the Huntingdon store was brilliant, explained everything, and was great help with the overall design, even when we changed a few things several times, highly recommend.

Wiktoria was really lovely. She was great with our nervous dog on her home visit. She gave loads of helpful advice, really knows her stuff, and there was never any pressure at all to rush decisions.

A really good humoured lady with an upbeat positive attitude, did really well offering options on a tiny annex kitchen. 😊 I would recommend Wiktoria at Wickes if you are looking to buy a kitchen.
