Luca Linfoot the designer was friendly, extremely helpful and understood our requirements very quickly. He took time to show us the relevant bathroom items and expertly came up with up with a great design. His attention and support for our needs was exemplary and we would have no reservations in recommending Luca and Wickes design service.

i popped in to the oxford store with some ideas for building a small tree house for my daughter. i ask a staff member for some advice, explained what i was planning he took me round all the timber, i had chosen some lengths for the flooring but he took me into the garden centre and recommended i used some decking boards for the flooring which was a great idea. He spent time explain and nothing was to much trouble. i went home and place my order for home delivery. great customer service. I never got his name but was a mid age man with a beard.

What a great response from Wickes Oxford Community Project. I applied for funding for some building materials for a youth environmental project and was thrilled to hear yesterday that we were successful. Furthermore, Wickes kindly agreed to deliver the materials to site. Fantastic delivery driver Mark, of Build and Bloom landscaping, offered to deliver in his own time. What a super service.

Quick installation and good response time from customer service but multiple parts have failed and the 2 year workmanship guarantee does not cover much and they will state that it was damaged by yourself, parts are only covered for a year and this is poorly communicated during booking. Part of the reason i went to wickes and paid their premium price was for the extended guarantee but this ended up being a bad and expensive choice and did not cover much at all.

Luca was exceptionally helpful with suggestions after listening to our ideas and what we would like to incorporate into the design of the ensuite. He showed us several options and we discussed what would work well and look good. The result was a design in our budget and that will look great.

Bathroom designer was helpful, we used approved installer, problems with installation from start to finish, delivery attempted on wrong day, wrong product delivered and installed, pipework for shower placed incorrectly, necessitating removal of freshly installed tiles, hairline crack caused toilet to leak. We were very disappointed with Wickes customer service. At one point Wickes sent a different installer to conduct a survey even though a date to commence works had been agreed.

I used Wickes’ kitchen design service recently and was very impressed. Luca did a wonderful job and came up with creative and workable solutions to help me make the most of limited space in my kitchen. He really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend !

Luca was absolutely brilliant. He is down to earth, patient and really cares about his customers. He accommodated my late design changes being really supportive as soon as he returned from holiday as his colleagues hadn’t been as clued up when he was away. Added to the fact that he had some excellent design ideas in the first place which inspired me to renovate my kitchen and both bathrooms I am so pleased I had Luca for my design consultant, highly recommend him he is a credit to Wickes!

Online order on 23rd 697509668, was told delivery will be on 25th, delivery didnt arrive after i spent the day waiting in on Monday 25th,
Did not arrive on 26th either so i Rang Oxford store today 27th and was told there were driver problems on the Monday but my order will be delivered today, they really sounded like they could not care less. I then asked for tracking info and a predicted delivery time and was asked to hold. I was on hold for over 25 mins then cut off. NO DELIVERY STILL. APPALLING SERVICE AND ZERO CUSTOMER CARE. 2 DAYS LOST, still no idea when i will receive the goods ive paid for.

We had a really positive experience with Wickes and with our installation team, Red Dragons. We got exactly what we wanted and quickly. Great service thanks all!

We wanted our kitchen units delivered and Sue organised it.

Great service and fast. It did not long for them to prepare for the click and collect.
