Came in to collect a few items, when arriving at the till. Spoke to a lovely lady called shashi who helped us with a trade card and got us a discount on our items! Something we didnt realise was even a thing! Brilliant service! Thank you!

Being a young self employed plaster going to a merchants when starting off can be quite daunting but having staff like Pinny and Julie is amazing, they have been nothing but helpful everytime i see them, always offer the best customer service and never had a bad experience
