Wickes - Rugby Reviews 

I am in the process of buying and having a new kitchen fitted by Wickes, due early October. So far everything seems to be running on track, apart from their admin. All of my paperwork has the wrong address on it and despite regular protestations, in store and on line, all I get is the answer that "the delivery address has been corrected and that the delivery address is all that matters". But you would think that, if I have paid in full, over £10K in fact ... that at least my receipts and paperwork would have the right address on it. At the moment it is all headed with the wrong lane and the wrong postcode ... how complicated would it be to correct that???

Visited on Sunday and currently doing some renovations on my house and needed some filler for gaps on my stairs. On my search, I asked an employee as I was unsure of the best option for the stairs. Maya gave me excellent advice and went out of her way to assist me to find the best fit for my stairs. Will definitely be visiting again because of this wonderful customer service.

Matthew at the Rugby store was really helpful and went out of his way to help load our purchases. It was most gratifying. Hence the review.

I have found the staff at Wicks Rugby to be very happy to help always with a smile and sound advice i would like to highlight Dylan who went out of his was to give great advice and went the extra mile to help with my request, other shops should learn from Dylan and team what good service is. Just visited the Rugby Wickes and l need to buy some wood bark for the garden and l need at least 9 bags of 100 litre size, because l have arthritic knee and bad back, I asked one of assistance whose name was Dylan to give me a hand, and with a smile he said no problem bring your car around to the front and I will load the car up with the wood bark, may l say what a polite young man he was and when l offered to help he insisted l didn’t, so may l a say a big thank to Dylan for your kindness and you are a credit to Wickes

Went in store to purchase some painting pads. Store was showing as in stock but after searching many aisles we couldn’t find them. Spoke to a helpful young man called Matthew who firstly looked around the store to locate them but he couldn’t find them either. As they were new stock items he said he would check the storeroom and returned back having found some. If he hadn’t used his customer service skills like he did we could have walked out and gone and brought some from elsewhere. It was lovely to see a young person showing focus in trying to find them and helping us like he did. A Very helpful young man. Brilliant Service !! Thank you.

I came into store today and wanted some paint and some paint rollers to decorate my dining room. Lily was exceptional, she helped me find the correct equipment I needed and offered to help me with it to the car. If I need anything else I will be finding her again! Couldn’t recommend her enough. What an incredible young woman.

I visited Kichen / Bathroom section today. Tom was really helpfull. He quickly processed our purchase.

We went into Wickes unsure if we could afford a new kitchen and to 'just have a look'!! We were greeted by Ryan who was so knowledgeable about all the different lines and products Wickes had to offer. He gave us some little money saving tips and made our budget work for us. We were pleasantly surprised about what we could afford. Ryan wasn't a pushy salesman, those kind of people put me right off! He gave us lots of different options, never pushing the higher price versions and we decided to go for it! Ryan booked us an appointment so he could pop over and measure up and then once all the measurements were collected He called us back into the shop a week later once he'd designed our kitchen for us. We were so happy with the design and other than a few tweaks it was perfect. He arranged delivery dates for us and when our larder unit doors arrived damaged he was super quick at getting some more out to us. Ryan was always there if we had a query or issue and for that, were so grateful.
We love our new kitchen. I can't stop looking at it, its given me more cupboard space than I'd ever need and the quality is excellent, you wouldn't know from looking at it that its one of the 'lifestyle' range. I'd recommend Wickes to anyone, especially Ryan!

I visit this store often as I’m restoring a barn conversion, I like the range of products. The best thing about this store is harry , I needed some help with kitchen units and didn’t have my glasses so I was struggling to read the ticket , he was very helpful and even helped me take them outside and found me a trolley . A pretty amazing young man , in a world full of unhelpful muppets , he stands out . He will probably be a very successful man in time .

I attended the store today and was served by Matthew who was extremely helpful. His service was amazing and helped us carry the goods to the car a credit to the company.

Matthew was great in assisting me with my click and collect order.

Have visited the rugby store a few times now and they are always helpful and stocked with everything I need. Also always answer the phone which is helpful compared to b&q! Matthew in the store was particularly helpful in finding me items.

Ryan at the Rugby store was fantastic. We hate pushy salespeople and Ryan was far from that. We value honesty and he was really helpful when choosing our kitchen. He gave us the pros and cons, which is rare, this made the decision making easier. We made a few changes over time and he was really accommodating, communicating promptly, even when he wasn’t officially at work! Wickes were value for money and we had damaged items and returned items replaced or refunded without a quibble. I’d highly recommend Ryan if you’re thinking of getting a new kitchen.

Conrad was amazing help today, we wanted some advice for decorating a room. He showed us everything we needed. Very clear and friendly!

Ryan was brilliant! I had my kitchen done up, and every step of the way Ryan was extremely helpful, guiding us through it all. He was very patient with our decisions and worked with us in deciding what we wanted. Looking to get my bathroom done soon too, definitely Ryan is the man!

Came in with my husband yesterday to find all the paints and door fixings for our new renovation. Carlos at the till called for a manager to come and give assistance as we had no clue on the best parts to buy for everything in our rooms. Brady came to the till and spent 10 minutes explaining everything about different paints and sold us the best quality paints and parts we needed. He was very helpful and helped us lift the items to the car aswell as we bought many paints. would recommend highly going to this store
