Wickes - Sevenoaks Reviews 

My husband and I ordered a bespoke kitchen from an in store consultation, paid in full, and arranged a delivery date online.
On the arranged delivery day however, our kitchen didn't turn up. When we called Wickes Customer Services, we were told that the computer system had erroneously cancelled the delivery! They re-arranged the delivery for two weeks later (earliest date available).
We asked again for small delivery vehicle as we live in a country lane. However, a large delivery truck turned up, and the driver refused to unload the kitchen, as he said that "the van may cause an obstruction." However, a large car managed to pass the van while my husband spoke to the driver through the cab window?

It was only a helpful Customer Services person called Adam, who turned the situation around, by organising another delivery the following day in two small vans.

I was a bit sceptical as to whether this would happen, but I can confirm that Wickes came through for us on the third delivery attempt.

Sevenoaks branch were very kind donating plants for the garden at a local Hospice .. thank you Isabella and the team

Great store, always has good stock but the only thing that lets the place down is the parking due to hoards of people going to Pure Gym.

Couldn't find the product I was looking for so asked a member of staff his name was Mick , he went above and beyond to find it , took him about 10 minutes to find my product I was looking for a very helpful member of staff..

Kyle was very helpful today in store, we couldn’t work out for the life of us where to find the mirror fixings. He spent a lot of time with us to try and help. Very polite too. Thank you ☺️

Hi, I visited the store this morning and was helped by Kyle, an amiable, knowledgeable a young man who really couldn't do enough to help. It really made an enormous difference to be served by someone who knew immediately what I asked for and where to find it. He was able to reel off redwood pine sizes without trying. Wonderful!!

Great selection in store of just about everything. Very important now that the local Homebase store is closing. This time in Wickes I just bought work gloves. Callum at the checkout was very pleasant and helpful.
Could not have asked fdor more.

Callum served me and was helpful as usual as I have found Wickes staff to be in the past. Prices are generally competitive. I can't think of any negatives.

I went to Wickes Sevenoaks to buy some gloves today. As soon as I stepped in I was a bit lost. A young man picked up the fact I needed help, even though he was busy and came over to ask if I needed help. He found exactly what I was after. He was keen to help and did it happily. Very impressed with his efficiency and friendly customer service. What a pleasant young man.

My Wickes kitchen is 8 years old and no longer made. However a small plastic part of my magic cupboard had snapped and I could not find a replacement anywhere. Laura in your on line help team was helpful and tried but ultimately pointed me in the direction of Sevenoaks where I had had the kitchen drained. I was lucky enough to have Paul Finch answer the phone. Not only did he understands my very untechnical description of the part, but he also managed to find the very thing I needed. He went above and beyond doing this as ultimately there was no benefit to him, he was simply being helpful. I am hugely grateful for his help and I hope you appreciate the fantastic saviour you have on your team.

I popped in the Sevenoaks store last week and wanted to just say what a great store clean tidy and I asked for help finding some things for my DIY project and was taken to all the areas for what I needed.
Very helpful advice and polite staff . Also on tills they arranged for somebody to help load my car as I have an hernia and couldn’t lift some bags.

Tidy store and was easy to find what I was looking for. Staff were also very helpful.

The staff here are all very friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. When I visited to purchase some gardening items (Bella) was very helpful and explained the products to me and help me choose what I needed.

Store well laid out and easy to manoeuvre round to find what your looking for and plenty of free parking too.

Friendly staff and Tidy store! it was easy to find what i was looking for and had great customer service.
