Wickes - Sittingbourne Reviews 

Contacted customer services after an item was never delivered. I had to fight customer services to pay attention to my concern, to actually read it fully, instead of sending back irrelevant replies.
The lady advisor seemed uninterested in helping me.
I was sent a ridiculous proof of posting photograph which showed, no door. Just household rubbish that was outside my house.
There was a sign on my door saying do not leave parcels, but Wickes deliveries ignored this.

I was not treated like a loyal trade customer at all.
It took a long time to get a full refund back, and I even had to report it to the police to be able to receive my return!
I spend 1000s at wickes for my business. And I was literally treated disgustingly!

This is oviously the service that Wickes wants their customer services reps to have towards customers contacting them.
So in my opinion, they are telling us to shop else where. And that is exactly what my business will be doing from now on!

Wickes in Sittingbourne saved the day when the delivery (an outside agency might I add) let them and I down… Sue and Lucy were wonderful!

I’d opted for delivery as I have special needs children and I’m not the strongest. When it didn’t land they leapt to my aid, delivering me my much needed kitchen floor.

After quite a week they have restored my faith in people and big companies. I really am truly grateful! Not all heroes wear capes, some rock a blue top and a high-vis.

I am quite fit but I am 82. I was collecting a large order of sand, cement and paving slabs from your Sittingbourne store. It is a great feature of your Stores that staff select the goods purchased and place them on trolleys ready for collection.
This was magnified by the generally happy and helpful attitude of the staff and in particula Lara, who not only gave me helpful instruction on the use of the trolleys but herself helping to push them to my van, and offering to help with the loading.
A complete service that stood out in its quality and helpfulness. You certainly don't find it everywhere, even in 2025!!

Fantastic experience today at sittingbournes wickes. Young lad working there (luke) couldnt have done more for us, super helpful lifting the bark into our car for us as they were too heavy for us to lift. Really friendly and a credit to the store.

The staff at Sittingbourne Wickes are easily the most patient and friendly staff I’ve probably ever come across. Luke was so helpful along with Angus who numerous suggestions to help me out on a project. Both real old school gentlemen. 5* thank you gents.

I have been staying with relation and wanted some paint as I find it difficult to find the correct colour I need where I live ,the staff were very helpful especially Nickie , who was very patient as I am quite a fussy person but she took her time and in the end helped me choose exactly what I wanted ,she has good customer service skills

Needed some stock that wasn't on display, Nikki came over and asked if there was anything she could help with and went out and got what I needed from the back. Have seen her a couple of times since and she's always friendly and asking if she can do anything to help

Came in to buy a cheap heater for my chalet and Nickie was so lovely and helpful! She convinced me to get a smart heater instead after explaining how they work and honestly, it was the best recommendation! Thank you!

We were thinking of purchasing a new kitchen and popped into Wickes for some other things. When looking at the kitchens, we met Sarah who was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable about kitchens.
We had a home visit and from that made a purchase. We can honestly say that we were very impressed with Sarah and the quality of the kitchen provided. The after sales service has been great keeping us updated regarding the delivery. We would without doubt recommend Wickes and particularly Sarah.

After looking around for a replacement kitchen, we decided on purchasing it from Wickes in Sittingbourne.
Cost is always a factor, but more importantly it was about the help and advice given by the designer Sarah Baisley.
Very knowledgable and with no pressure, we felt comfortable in ordering our dream kitchen from Wickes.

Colleague in store Fay was happy to help with my query gave me advice and helped me find the products I needed for my project. She also explained about delivery and the options I had. Very informative helpful and a joy to talk to.

We purchase a kitchen from Wickes in Sittingbourne. Whilst we cannot review the actual kitchen we want to explain our experience with the designer. Sarah Baisley did not employ the usual hard selling techniques. Instead, since the beginning, she advised us in a very competent and professional way. We felt we could trust her advice fully and found her very inspirational too. I let it slip that it was going to be my husband special birthday on the day we were meant to meet up to discuss the plans and she gave my husband a card, a plant an a cake. What a personal touch. We would not hesitate to recommend Sarah to anyone interested in purchasing a kitchen as they would be receiving the best possible advice.
