I have a disability and walk with a stick, so to save walking around I asked a member of staff where the Thompsons water seal was ,she contacted someone to ask where it was and Craig Brought it to me in 2 minutes, greatly appreciated to the staff

I bought a heavy bag of sand in Wickes today. The Wickes team could not have been more helpful. Staff member Brian saw me struggling with it and carried it to the till for me, then insisted on carrying it to my car. Many thanks, Brian, for your invaluable help.

I have visited this branch on several occasions and have consistently found all members of staff to be friendly and helpful.
On a number of visits, I was served by Dawn, who stood out for her exceptional helpfulness and professionalism. She always greeted me with a smile, making the eperience particularly pleasant. Thank you!

I’ve moved house recently and it has been massively stressful but I must commend Abbey for the work she has done as our designer. We haven’t had fitting yet but the process so far has been wonderful from her perspective and she even emailed me on her day off today! Which she didn’t need to but I appreciate nonetheless

I came in to the store today for a friend. They had given me a list of things to buy. I didn’t have a clue what to get so spoke to the first person I seen. That was Dave, he was incredibly helpful and not only directed me to the things I needed but helped me load my trolley with all of the items on my list. He was so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t thank him enough. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you so much Dave

Excellent staff, very helpful. We couldn’t find what we were looking for and approached a staff member named Brian, he was amazing supported us in finding everything we needed and provided information we needed.

Went on Saturday 4th April was not sure what i needed ask staff member fir help she called for a lad called Craig what an absolute diamond of help and knowledge of what i wanted so if your ever stuck any members of staff are very a1 but Craig's the man cheers wickes

Had an amazing experience at Wickes South Shields yesterday, all thanks to Glen! Glen was amazing, helpful, polite and so knowledge. An absolute asset to this store!

I was shopping in Wickes in south shields couldn't fine what I was looking for so I asked a staff member who took me right to the iteam then when I went to the check out to pay a lady behind to till who was very polite asked if I had everything I needed in which I replied yes she was the sweetest lady full of smiles and conversation her name was Audrey you dont get that kind of acknowledgement from staff these days but Audrey seem to love her job and the customers she serves.

Just called wickes south shields and spoke to tanya. She gave me 5 star customer service , i was asking about the different types of flooring and she answered all my questions . She was knowledgeable ,had a very friendly manner and was genuinly interested in my query, she was very patient and didn't rush me off the phone, like a lot of customer service people in other places.What a very refreshing change to speak to someone who has excellent customer service skills and so helpful.
I hope she goes far in the company.

Had some issues logging into my trade account and was helped by Audrey and Tanya who were excellent at getting me logged in and set up. Very impressive customer service.

Bought a kitchen with Abbey's help, she was excellent help at the South Shields branch. Talked us through our options, offering options that weren't on the shop floor to suit our budget. We felt the whole experience was really easy, felt no sales pressure and felt it went well from start to finish. Even after the sale, we had a few minor issues with damage on the doors, Abbey sorted the new delivery out of the new doors very quickly. Would definitely recommend Abbey and Wickes for kitchens.

Visited South Shields store today and were served by Audrey. She told us about a discount card and how wicked help with community projects. Audrey was very helpful, knowledgeable and a polite member of staff.

Went to go very last minute to get a carbon monoxide alarm, even though they were closing in ten minutes, Brian was very helpful and showed me where to get the correct item! Excellent
