Great customer service by Shelly. Helped me ordering a delivery of fence panel to my home. Made my day !

Sarah was fantastic, nothing was too much work for her. Made my day!!

I was planning a big repair work in my bathroom and was looking for many necessary instruments and materials (wall and floor tiles, plasterboards, primers, adhesives, suitable tools for this kind of work, etc) at Wickers, which is located on 1Ash Tree Rd, Birmingham.
B30 2BJ. I wanted to buy the most of the necessary stuff in one shop and I wrongly chose this Wickes. Why wrongly? Because working on my long list of necessary goods, which I was going to buy at Wickes, I exceeded the parking time on 13 minutes what resulted in £100 punishment.
Needless to say that I will not go to this shop any more.
Thank you, Wickes for being so much "considerate" to your clients.

The person who first came out to measure was the designer, Julie Lovell. She listened to what we wanted and sent us two designs on what she thought we would like. With just had a few tweaks and we had our new kitchen.

We got some very cheerful and persistent help from the staff in finding some dryzone injection tubes that were in the special storage area. Disaster averted, thank you

Visited this store Thursday 3rd October ,not having a clue about what I was buying to fix spindles on my mother's garden gate so spoke to jaz who kindly explained to me what i needed to do this and how to do it ,jaz was very helpful need more staff like jaz ,will definetly look out for him next time I'm in store if I need help Big Thankyou to jaz for his help

Always amazing customer service when I go there they literally go above and beyond to help me when I go in! I'm surprised they're not fed up with me haha theres a lady called Shelley who is an absolute blessing to this company she needs a pay rise! And a bonus because she is always a pleasure and goes out of her way for every customer to help what ever they need! Thank you guys...

I came in looking for a few specific items and some help with ideas for a solution to a DIY problem. I had help from a lovely helpful lady named Firdaus. She knew exactly where to find everything taking me to the spot and spent time listening to my DIY challenge, which again she helped me with. Very happy to have such good service. Thanks!

I visited your stirchley store and was greeted by a young lady called demi,she was very helpful in helping me find the product I was looking for and asked if I needed any further assistance, I would definitely visit this store again as the customer service was very good.

Went in to find some new fence panels and I was struggling. Luckily Joe was there to help me as he knows his stuff! Well done Joe you have really helped me! I am extremely grateful for your professionalism. Very polite and customer service is top noch

Demi was amazing ! She helped with exactly what I needed and her knowledge with the stock was incredible. I felt completely at ease knowing I had people who knew what they were doing to help me out. I was also helped out by other members of staff in store and they too had such good customer service skills and knowledge that helped me get just what I needed for my project. Would definantly visit again for anything else I needed

I’ve been using Wickes Stirchley for a while now as I’m renovating my home. I was initially drawn in looking at kitchens. I was approached by Ryan who asked if he could help. I replied “I’m in the trade and doubted that Wickes would compete”. So we talked Not only did Ryan know what he was talking about but helped with the design. He later phoned me with a price, amazed I couldn’t refuse!! Order was placed the kitchen now fitted!! Since then I’ve spoken to other members of staff notably Shelly, a couple of the guy’s and today Demi who showed such patience with me and set up my trade account on my phone. Everybody has been so pleasant and helpful nothing has been too much trouble. I can only assume it must be a great place to work. I still have a lt to do and will be usin the store ( that’s Stirchley branch) for sometime yet. Regards to all
