Wickes - Sutton In Ashfield Reviews 

Staff are friendly and helpful. I've been going to Wickes in Sutton In Ashfield regularly for years. Some of the ladies in the Sutton In Ashfield branch have been there for as long as I can remember and they are always friendly and competent. They should have a long service medal.

We went to wickes for a bathroom and en-suite quote an appointment was made to visit our home and we meet Neil Morgan he was very helpful and gave loads of ideas and suggestions as to what would fit and work , we then had an appointment at the store to go over the plans he had drawn up and to choose styles etc he was very patient with all of our ideas

We went to see a guy called Neil Morgan who drew up our new bathroom. He was very patient with us because my wife kept changing her mind about things but nothing was too much trouble for him.A very helpful person

I would leave minus stars if this was an option. My mum and dad have had a bathroom from Wickes on finance and they have had nothing but trouble with it. Their recent problem is with a leaking toilet. The plumber first came out and advised it was condensation which was incorrect, they came out again to look at it and now Wickes cannot get in touch with the plumber to arrange a new toilet. This has been going on since the beginning of June. My Dad is disabled and they have no toilet meaning that they have to come to my house to use the toilet causing him more pain. Wickes are aware of this and have no sympathy in their responses at all. They have paid a premium for issues like this to be sorted which is not happening and when my parents have tried to arrange a plumber themselves they said the warranty would be void. Absolutely disgusting service and I will be telling everyone to go somewhere else.

I have had a kitchen from Wickes only to have parts not finished other parts not fit to be used I told them I would like bespoke parts made to fill up the ends like I made in the old kitchen the designer said talk to the fitter about that I was told this, I know now this is there way of getting out of it not doing it.
I have the old waste pipes still in the wall with polystyrene pushed in the ends custom service say this is okay the plinth as a bit added to fill the gap at the end when the main peace as a finished rounded end the other peace is cut straight so they don't look right it sticks out when you walk in the room.
The worktop has a crack in it from the slow cooker just being on the top. The fridge you can't open the door to get the salad tray out plus the top shelf you can't use because of the height of it.
The designer we told him and the fitter that we where putting paneling back on the walls but with how the door's open you can't fit paneling custom service say this is my problem if I was told this I would of had the walls skimmed before installing I wish I had never walked in the shop the only thing that Wickes care about is the money I have had a skip in my front garden for three months.
We have had to start paying because we signed up for finance customer service is next to useless.
