Wickes - Swansea Reviews 

First experience was not good, but after making a stressful draft order , we went back for a meeting with a different designer/ consultant called Katie, at the Swansea branch.
She absolutely restored our faith in Wickes and was totally amazing!! Efficient, quick, lovely and very professional,we knew we in safe hands. She went out of her way to look after us.
Wickes is lucky to have her and we hope this is recognised by management.
Another big shout out to the two customer service people I spoke to on the phone.They were also great too. The first one was cslled Leroy. He was reassuring, calm and a credit to the department, as was the second one but didn't take his name sorry.

Me and my partner made a kitchen at Wickes. The design was made by Katie Wells and we both found her just perfect. She understood our needs, she was professional, fast in answering to emails and helped us create a perfect kitchen design for us! Totally recommend her to anyone!

I needed 8 full size plaster boards and Chris Parry, store worker, was a huge help loading my trolley and getting them into my van.

Always find Wickes handy to pop into, and prices are surprisingly good. Steve at the till is always helpful and always cheerful

Had a meeting with design consultant Mateo yesterday. He was willing to listen to our ideas (unlike some) and was happy to give advice when we were going in the wrong direction. We ended up with a bathroom design which we are very pleased with. All in all a really good experience.

Excellent service all round in Swansea store today. I approached the checkout with a trolley full of tiles, I was prompted to log on to the app and gain a 10% discount which saved me £70! Thank-you to Ales Ann Sean and Tahmina for the good advice and Sean for helping my husband get the extremely heavy trolley to the car as I’d hurt my back just trying to get them from shelf to trolley. He loaded the van with him aswell. Excellent service. Thank you

Great service. Thanks to James who went out of his way to help me search through the items I needed, both outside and inside, then carry it through the store and to the car for me, even in the rain. All without needing to be asked. Thanks

He was particularly helpful! I explained what kind of thing I was looking for and he patiently took me around the store, offering potential solutions.
I am really pleased to say I found the exact fix for my job, thanks to Keith. He had an extensive knowledge of Wickes products, which made the whole experience stress free.

We had Anna come out and help us design our dream kitchen, she gave us some fantastic ideas and helped us to see how different arrangements would work best for us. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable designer.

Dan and his colleague who deal with the paint section we're extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try and get me the tins of paint that was needed in a specific colour. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Have used the store for a few years now, and although I could get some bits closer to home, I find it worth the extra few miles to get everything I need in one place. The car park is huge so never had a problem parking although can't always find the appropriate trolley for my needs. Must mention one particular member of staff, Alex W who has always gone above and beyond when I've needed advice on product info. I now actively seek her out if I need help or advice, she is a real credit to the Store & Company

Thank you James for all your support with our charity. We run a charity that provides free of charge counselling for the LGBTQ+ community in Swansea and when I rang James to ask for free paint for our new counselling rooms as we had bright orange and lime green rooms that wasn't very relaxing for our clients. James rose to the challenge and now our counselling rooms are warm and welcoming. Also Nia was super great at customer services, even helped me out with the paint. A heart felt thanks to you both at Wickes from all the Team here at Progress Cymru Counselling :-) xx

Matteo is a knowledgeable professional salesman. He gave options and really cared about my situation and designed a really practical bathroom for such a small space. Every time I met Matteo we had really good conversations and he is also an excellent life coach

I couldn’t find the product on the shelves and asked the store assistant,Chris Parry,were there any in stock.He took the time to find out and took me to another location in store and handed me the item I had been looking for.Really impressed with how well he responded to my request.
