We had a fantastic experience using Wickes Swindon to measure, plan and (soon) to install our first ever kitchen! Millie was so incredibly helpful the entire way through the process, explaining every aspect in detail and expertly dealing with the very challenging angles that our little old house threw at her.

We can’t thank Millie enough for her guidance and professionalism and would 100% recommend her when planning to update your kitchen! Thank you again :)

My nan went in to pick up some paint and she asked Tony for help, he went out to the warehouse to get the paint she wanted, he opened a till to serve her so that she didn’t have to queue and he even took the paint out to her car as she wouldn’t have been able to carry it on her own. He was a great help and went above and beyond to help!

Our kitchen project was challenging due to the fact there were no internal walls, but James Crouch came out to us twice to ensure that measurements were accurate and that everything we wanted would fit in. We scoured several places when it came to our new kitchen, but Wickes came out on top. This was mainly due to our dealings with James Crouch. Top bloke and extremely helpful.

When returned items which was aleady picked by delivery man 2 weeks before but had not got the refund money. At the counter in the Zipsy lane, Swindon Wickes Extra counter, I had a Greate Customer service from Miss Charlotte who made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you.

James was a fantastic consultant. So knowledgable and gave great advice too. He listened really well to what we wanted and changed things we changed our minds on quickly. I couldn’t have asked for better. I’d 100% recommend him.

I attended Wickes in Swindon today and couldn’t find the product I wanted. I asked a member of staff Named Kelly and she was very accommodating, friendly and informative. She had no issues showing me where my product was. I was in a hurry and Kelly was understanding, professional and overall gave an amazing customer experience. Thank you so much!

I needed help in your Swindon store getting a packet of skirting through the till and into my car, Kelly was very accommodating and helpful, even opening a till to serve me. Being on crutches is a major challenge that was made so much easier today by her care and assistance. Thank you!

Liv helped me track down the item I was searching for and then helped with finding my account and went above and beyond. Took her time and was very professional.

Apart from a mal-functioning with Wickes computer 💻 saying the item I wanted was out of stock… luckily I had the wherewithal to actually check myself ( after being a bit lazy and just asking at the desk!) low and behold, loads of said items were there! So after loading up the trolly and paying; a wonderfully helpful lad called Theo helped me with my purchases to load them into the car … Thank you

Great service professional advice and great product

I visited the Swindon branch today and, unable to find the item I went for, spoke to Morris. He spent a very long time looking for this item which, it turns out, had been moved due to a temporary in-store display. Morris kept looking until he found it - excellent service.

And asked for assistance, and a friendly guy called Liam appeared.
I had a long list of items I required as just moved house.
Liam was super helpful.very friendly very knowledgeable.
He knew where everything was and I got everything on my list.
Wickes should be proud to employ such a great staff member.
Liam was truly great 👍

I arrived wanting to buy a dozen bags of the 100l bark chippings Wickes had on offer. Sold at an excellent price, I asked Liam, who was on the till, if I could pay once I’d loaded my car as I wasn’t sure how many bags would fit. He offered to help me load up.
I didn’t think that was necessary but the bags were jam packed full and very heavy. I literally couldn’t have loaded them myself. Not once did Liam make me feel like a ‘weak female shopper’ - he just helped, engaging with gentle chitchat and good humour.
I couldn’t ask for better service. Liam is a credit to Wickes - thank you!

Theo went out of his way to find the product I needed.

I just got somethings I needed and they are very heavy so they called a young guy to help me. His name was LIAM he was very helpful. Always get very good service in my wicks in swindon.

I had a first class experience. Millie was extremely helpful. She was very patient and answered all my questions fully. She explained everything well and supported me through my decision making wonderfully. I can't speak too highly of her.

I returned a faulty Karcher patio cleaner today and was served by Charlotte.

Charlotte quickly understood the issue I had and quickly confirmed that the item would be replaced.

A very quick and easy solution found by Charlotte and great customer service.
