Wickes - Wolverhampton Reviews 

I purchased a kitchen with full design and installation from Wickes in 2023 and it was the worst decision I made. Things started to go wrong from day 1 of installation when the bodge workmen said the design was wrong. Anyway I tried to put a stop to everything and call the horrible woman who designed it but wickes didn't want to know and said they would fix things once the full installation has been completed. To this day we are still have issues with the Kitchen after there remedial work finished in May 2024. Within 2 years of having the kitchen there has been so much gone wrong and now my floor tiles are moving and the grout is cracking and falling out. Let's see if Wickes do the job and not try and get out it by blaming us and saying we have used steam pop or jumping up and down on the tiles to make them move. I will update on here soon. Please don't waste your hard earned money on Wickes.

Its now been over 4 weeks since I reported this issue and still have no response. Its no good adding a quick not on trust pilot to say your reviewing this.

Aisha Siddiqah was extremely helpful and professional throughout the processing of our shower room order and beyond. Once the work was completed, there were a few unused items of trim etc and Aisha refunded these without any fuss. I thoroughly recommend both Aisha and the Team at Wickes, Wolverhampton - where I am a regular customer. Thank you

I went into the store had a wonderful service, wanted hell putting my lifestyle orfer through. The lady stayed behind after her shift finished and ensured my order was completed. A credit to your wolverhampton store.

Had a home visit off Aisha our Wickes designer, who took measurements and arranged for us to visit Branch the next day to see her (free!) design for our Kitchen. Really impressed with her plans. She took the time to listen to our thoughts and offered her own opinions. The price was explained to us for both the supply of the kitchen and also if we wished to have their installation team the cost for that. We were at no time put under any pressure to proceed. We considered the design and of course the cost and decided to go with their installer. We saw Aisha a few times to discuss fittings and also make some adjustments, she was always happy to help and make the changes we wanted.
The Installer (Sacha) made his site visit and told us the next available date for install. The day arrived and the job progressed. It was not rushed, there was no got to get it finished and get to the next one. We were made to feel special.
If you're thinking of having a Kitchen makeover you would be wise to consider Wickes, their design consultants are always happy to answer any of your questions.

I want to give special recognition to Aisha at Wickes Wolverhampton for her outstanding service as a kitchen designer.

I am a landlord and property developer and have worked with many kitchen planners over the years. Aisha designed three different kitchen layouts for three separate properties, including two very compact flats with tight and challenging spaces. The thought and care she put into each design was excellent, and the layouts made fantastic use of the available space.

Throughout the process, Aisha was patient, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. She listened carefully to the brief, never tried to upsell unnecessarily, and always worked towards the best solution rather than the most expensive one. I changed my mind on colours several times and she remained understanding and supportive throughout.

Her approach was refreshingly honest and consultative, and it’s clear she takes real pride in her work. Aisha is a real credit to Wickes, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and capable kitchen designer.

Scheduled a meeting with viictora at wickes Wolverhampton store . We were looking for a new Kitchen for our forever home . She was polite and knew exactly what we needed, the whole experience which took two sittings was fantastic and we walked away with the kitchen of our dreams . Thanks Victoria.

Victoria was very knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested some ideas which we are considering and we will be in touch in the near future as we are not in a rush to get the bathroom renovated at the moment.

I need help to pick colour schemes for my down stairs while in store I met a lovely woman named Leanne who gave me brochures and told me I would be best buying testers and trying in different areas rather than rush buying which was very helpful and ran me through my options I come back store today and was treated with the same pleasnt smile and has showed me through the range of greens as well as greys she was so helpful and positive I thanked her and wished her a good day a credit to this store thankyou Leanne 🙏🏾
