Jacky Povey....brilliant

My kitchen was fitted 2017 under warranty I phoned to say some split had occurred on a cupboard door to video and explained and text back i got was water integration so they won't change door..
Guess what it not near water it's on the pot cupboard not sink unit..
Please beware about what they cover as when you read it it's not really covering you ..

We meet with Sally Hatfield, from the start of looking for a new kitchen till ordering one she went above and beyond, listening to our every needs and if was possible she made sure it would fit.
Amazing woman, didn’t even push us for a decision, she told us to take our time.
I would highly recommend this lady.

The lady who served me with a product was called Debbie, she was went above and beyond customer service, but I appreciate it as I am disabled she tried her best but the item to my wanted was not a Wickes item but it did say on the internet that Wickes did this have item but she did explain that wickes only sold certain products that was made by croydex so I had to go elsewhere and which to get the item I wanted but I think Debbie for trying as much as possible because the rest are hands were tied.

I called in to find a garden box. Joe stopped what he was doing and took us to where they are in the store. He helped us get them in from the high shelf and advised on use. He carried them to the till and after we had paid carried them out to the car for us. What a very helpful and kind young man especially on such a hot day!! Thank you Joe.

Helpful staff and great products and prices,signed up for the trade pro account and it was quick and straightforward and dealt with Joe and he was amazing and helpful.

Clair was absolute amazing took me right to the place I wanted to be and then showed me different things and I come out with everything and a bit more and I would Thank Clair and her team who are always there to help and nothing is never too much for them. 10/10

Wanted 4 x 18x1220 x 2400 OSB 3 boards but didn’t realise how big they actually were & thats when Annie came to the rescue offering me a home delivery for £5 Wowsers thats good value!!

Went to worksop wickes today. All the staff was absolutely amazing. Happy and helpful. Teo was working in the garden centre and loaded my trolley. Steph located the item I needed and Jordan helped load my car. Had my mother with me who on leaving the store commented on how lovely and helpful everyone was.

I went to return some items that I had bought in the wrong size, the assistant was great, it was a fast smooth and successful visit.

Great service from 'Joe' at Worksop today. Went in with a complex ironmongery order. Fully understood my requirements regarding specification of hinges for heavy doors etc. Fulfilled my order confidently and efficiently. Thank you Joe!

Came into Worksop store as I needed some more tiles for my bathroom as I hadn’t got quiet enough, when I came to store The batch number was a different code to the one’s that I had already got so they rang the Sutton store and sorted it all out for me so that the batch number codes all matched. Thanks you to the manager for sorting it all out for me excellent customer service.

Do not get a kitchen from this company!
You may be one of the very few lucky ones who gets a good service but is it worth the gamble when your paying 1000's of pounds. Paid upfront which seems to be the protocol when having a kitchen through wicks. Lovely lady who came out and measured up, designed our kitchen but as soon as we left the store after paying it just went down hill from there on. Items not on the wagon when the kitchen was scheduled for delivery. All of it checked off by the driver, so never thought anything of it. Came to build the kitchen and we have main components missing which means the kitchen cannot be built. Terrible customer service from wicks who had the cheek to tell us that we shouldn't have taken our old kitchen out until we got the new one. Not sure how your meant to work that one out. Had to go into the store as they couldn't deliver the piece we needed for another week! So by this time we have a kitchen fitter who's had to be compensated for the delay. My husband's taken time of work and I've paid to go away for a few days while the kitchen is being fitted (best idea when you have a 1 year old and no kitchen) what should have been a simple 2 day fit turned into a 2 weeks of no kitchen facilities and back and forth with customer services. Stay well away if you want your blood pressure to be stable.

We have a new kitchen fitting was fully completed by Moday 30th.
Jacky from Wickes in Worksop designed us a great new kitchen. Jacky listened very carefully to our brief detailing our requirements for the new kitchen and she ticked all the boxes in her design.
Cutts Kitchens and Joinery carried out the installation and did a first class job.
One of the doors was damaged so we are just waiting for that to be replaced but that's no real problem.
Overall an excellent job all round. Well done Wickes.

Popped into wickes worksop branch to have a look at some bathroom tiles, once we found what we liked my wife asked for some help and Joe was fantastic he adviced us on what materials and quantities we will need to complete the job he also arranged delivery and discount. My experience so far has been great

Update - Sally at Worksop branch was also extremely helpful when I called after our consultation after spotting an error in the contract regarding the colour choice of the units and rang back within the hour as well as sending an updated contract to confirm the correction.

Sally Hatfield has provided excellent service for our dream bathroom design and order. Sally has been amazing at listening to our bathroom needs and ideas and designing a bespoke bathroom that has ticked every box.
She has been so patient with my never ending questions and my writing everything down! Lol. She ensured that we understood what we were signing up for in our order and she tweaked the design at our consultation and design meeting to accommodate them or gave very honest feedback if it were not possible.
