Will i am Plumbing & Heating Ltd Reviews

Ryan attended to fix the toilet flush - a concealed unit.
He was on time, professional, efficient and knowledgable.
The email communication beforehand was also very good and no pre-payment needed etc.
The quote was an accurate one.
The report I received post works was also very informative.
An excellent company - so impressed.

Shower repair
Engineer called to fix lack of hot water in shower. He tested the temperature of the water outlets and isolated the problem. Then reset it it temporarily while a replacement part was ordered. He will replace this shortly. Excellent job, great communications from Will i am, engineer was very thorough, comprehensive report including many photos was sent same day.

On Sunday, the coldest day of the year so far, one of my radiators exploded. This morning, Wednesday, engineer Ryan and apprentice Jayvian turned up at 8.30 am sharp to replace it. Super-efficient, professional, tidy and friendly, they stripped out the 30-year-old radiator and replaced it with a new one sourced by Will I AM - all before midday. Outstanding service all round matched by a very reasonable fee. Owner William has been awesome from the start. As the old expression goes, I can't rate them highly enough. Plus all work is apparently guaranteed for one year.

Been using these guys for years for all my plumbing needs and can't recommend them highly enough.

On time. Good communication. Fair price. Excellent service. Would highly recommend

I've used the team several times now, and always feel I'm in safe hands.

Reliable, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. After several other poor services we were over the moon with Will i am. Recommended unreservedly.

Very helpful and responsive, did an amazing job at a good price, will definitely be my first call if I need a plumber again.

Thank you so much for the great work!

Excellent customer service, enquiry one day and appointment to unblock bath/sink the next. I have used Will i am services twice now and recommend them.

The team called ahead to advise of arrival, turned up on time, kept me informed during the work (boiler service) and cleaned up after themselves. Perfect score.

Very prompt courteous service replacing a leaking tap.

Perfect service, couldn't ask for more

The service from this whole team is always hugely efficient and reliable, I have used them several times and would recommend to anyone.

quick return, great service.

A leak ocurred into the flat below. Will i am was able to send a plumber quickly and locate the leak. The workmanship was very professional, to a high standard and reasonably priced.

I found Will.I.am on this site and contacted him on Tuesday night for a leak I had under my kitchen sink. He was very prompt in his responses and got someone there the next day as it was an emergency. His team discovered it was a leak from the adjacent bathroom and sorted out eveything in good time at a reasonable cost. They took pics and provided detailed reports. Brilliant service and I definately would recommend him and his team.

Highly recommend!

Leak from the mains pipe into the property.

Superb service, booked via online platform.

Work completed hassle free to a high standard.

Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. He brought specialist cleaning equipment to ensure the area was left clean after the work was completed.

On time. Responsive. Professional. Good value.

I just wanted to say what a great experience having Williams firm do my leak investigation and repair job. He's hired tradesmen who like what they do and are good at what they do, which is great. On top of that, he's created a fantastic professional outfit (the speedy response, the notes, the pictures, etc.) which is a breath of fresh air.

Thank you so much for getting the work done so quickly and efficiently. The team who came out to the house couldn’t have been more careful and thorough.
