Staff were quite rude. Tables in the middle of the shop, for Pokemon games, making it inaccessible for anyone in a wheelchair.
Staff member wasn’t only rude to myself, but to the CHILDREN playing a Pokemon game telling them to stop talking to one another and play the game (there was 2 sets of 2 children playing)
Wasn’t interested in taking my daughters pocket money ( £4.50 in 20p)

Wouldn’t go back ever again due to their attitude. Pokemon is well priced but everything else seemed quite a bit above retail elsewhere.

Would never recommend. We left without making a purchase down to her attitude.

Amazing games ,amazing staff do fell sorry for them when they get entitled people thinking they are still post office customer service

The staff are very enthusiastic about a variety of products sold in store from Pokemon, Lego and board games they have an in depth knowledge of all. I recently enjoyed an event and was nervous about it but they made it a great experience. True enthusiasm for product really shines through
