Typically when we review the window order with the customers, we set their expectations on delivery around 4-6 weeks, did we not have that conversation with you? If not, our apologies.
Regardless of size or style, all of our windows are custom made to order, even the "standard" sizes. We're not aware of any manufacturer with a quicker turnaround time on a custom sized casement window. We always do everything we can to get the windows to the customer as quickly as possible so hopefully this one arrives under the 4-6 weeks estimated.

The perfect answer for non-standard size windows!
Our 70 year old home has several non standard sized windows. We're slowly redoing all the windows in our home. Window Estore is the only diy solution we were able to locate. The process of ordering is easy, and they call to go over EVERY measurement before they start on the order. They definitely go above and beyond in customer service! Our first order was for our bedroom. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive at a local warehouse. The pickup process was simple as was the installation. The windows are exceptionally made and beautiful. We've just ordered our second odd sized window and expect the same results. Two (almost) done and 3 more to go!

Great customer service!
I haven’t received the window I ordered yet (probably four more weeks) but just want to say how nice both Sandra and Matt were with helping me make sure I got the exact measurements and all the other details of my order just as they need to be. Great customer service is rare these days and speaking to both Matt and Sandra was a refreshing experience! I’m looking forward to receiving the window, installing it, and ordering more as I work on remodeling my cottage.

Came in fast
Came in fast, and the window is in good shape. Some deep scratches on the inside of vinyl so it has to be painted. Beside that it looks good but not going to be in stalled for four weeks and then we will know if it's working right
