Great Customer Service, Better Sleep
The Customer Service from Winston's Beds was dramatically better experience than I had with any mattress company. The sales team asked incredibly relevant questions about the sleep needs of both my Wife and I, and helped direct us to a split mattress designed to accommodate both of us. They were also able to walk us through the process of importing a mattress to the US and gracefully handled a LOT of questions from me before I committed to a purchase. Even when shopping at other mattress brands at even higher price points than Winston's, I did not get the personal, knowledgeable service that I got from Winston's.
Now, a Winston's mattress is absolutely an investment, and I do not wish to downplay the expense, but having slept on my mattress for several months now, I absolutely believe that the value is there. I have had substantially less back and body pain than with our previous mattress.
We replaced one of those well-known mattresses that is shipped rolled up in a box, and inflates itself when you open it's bag, and the difference in quality is simply staggering. If the mattress lasts the 10 years that Winston's manufacturing partner warranties, I'll be very happy. If it lasts the next 10 years that Winston's warranties, I'll be ecstatic.
I whole-heartedly recommend Winston's to anyone shopping for a mattress, as the quality is on par with much more expensive products, and for the quality that is apparent when you first lie upon one of these beds, you'll feel the value from day one.
The only downside is that as an International customer, I couldn't get the white glove install they offer their UK customers. However, the Zip and Link system made it possible for us to move this mattress to our room, and has greatly facilitated the maintenance of the mattress, as we only ever have to handle half of it at a time. Wholly recommended.

I have waited a month before writing a review because I wanted to be sure of the sleeping experience; and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.
The quality is every bit as good as Reese said it would be. The time you spend identifying the right mattress, support, and feel is well worth it.
Customer service and attention to detail is excellent, Reese was brilliant, and throughout we felt valued customers who were listened to. We could not have asked for a better experience. We had a slight hitch with delivery but Reese was there to resolve it quickly and smoothly.

Wonderful comfort
After having 2 faulty emma mattresses, we decided to look for a proper sprung one, we chose the ancote and my goodness were we glad it's bliss, supporting , comfortable, no more aches and pains, don't want to get out of bed in the morning . Hooray!!

Very pleased with our mattress
Very pleased with our mattress. Can barely feel each other turning over. Weve only had it 2 weeks but we are already sleeping better. I was looking for a mattress for over a…
I was looking for a mattress for over a year and saw so many websites all claiming they have the best mattresses. Even the companies selling mattresses at £300 were trying to convince me they had the most luxurious ones, which, let's be honest, they don't.
I came across Winston's Beds after seeing them on the Daily Mirror website and found them to be a breath of fresh air. They provided all the information I needed to make an informed choice.
Their team over the phone, veterans in the mattress and bed industry, had made mattresses, worked with materials and springs and knew everything about mattresses and beds, from how they were made and how fillings worked, even down to the smallest details like what type of delivery van would be suitable to come down my very narrow country lane.
I loved the fact that they encouraged me to research and they can categorically confirm that no other luxury mattress seller, whether it be Vispring, Savoir or Hastens, will match their specifications. My research confirmed what they said to be true, they are the very best, even though their mattresses are much cheaper than these other companies.
Based on my needs and suffering from spondylolisthesis, they recommended the Sherwood mattress, even though I was looking at the No1 mattress, which is much more expensive than the Sherwood. Finally, a company you can trust.
I have been sleeping on the mattress for over 9 months now and it's absolute magic. It’s not too soft and not too firm, supportive and feels great, whether I sleep on my side or back, just as they described it. The quality is impeccable.
Unfortunately, the delivery team could have been better, as their English was very poor. This is not a problem in itself but it did take me some time to explain to them how to find the cottage.
I could not be happier or recommend a company more. I have had mattresses over the last 30 years from all the larger luxury brands but this family company, which has managed to have an international clientele, has nailed it! True value for money.

Worth Every Penny!
Best night's sleep I've ever had. I was hesitant at first since Winstons mattress are competing with the likes of Vi-Spring but are a fraction of the price. But having slept on this mattress for almost 3 months now, I know this company delivers on its promises. I got the No 1 mattress and it is pure luxury. A competitor would charge 3-4 times as much for this quality. And the customer service has been great. Reese in particular has been very helpful and is extremely knowledgable. Master of his craft. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to for this. Was totally worth it.

Superb Mattress
Looking for a good mattress can be a nightmare. So confusing and so many options.
When I discovered Winstons it was like a breath of fresh air. I was given immediate online advice and detailed information with no obligation or hard sell.
Once I had chosen the mattress the communication and customer support was excellent.

Don’t go any where else …….
Like many people looking for a new mattress the more we looked the more confused we became. We have always used a pocket sprung mattress however We took up the offer to try one of the new hybrid foam mattresses but very quickly found it was not for us and returned it.
We then found Winstons beds on the Internet and the clear manner in which they explained everything was a breakthrough. We very quickly had a choice of two mattresses we thought would be right for us, we the telephoned the company and spoke to a young man called Reece. He was so helpful, assisting us with clear and concise information and we very soon settled on the Pashmina mattress.
It arrived within a couple of days and it was immediately clear to see the quality of the mattress as soon as it was unpacked.
It is now nearly a month later and we can honestly say we are so delighted with our purchase. The comfort is sublime and we now sleep solidly all through the night not waking up to turn and get comfortable. The aches and pains from our lower back and hips (old age lol !) that we used to wake up with have now gone.
If you are in doubt pick up the phone and speak to them yourself you will not be disappointed. The company there products and their staff are second to none .
Highly recommended 5 stars all round .

First class advice from Reece with absolutely no upsell.
The Alderley (king-size) was chosen and spring tension selected according to mine and partner's weight.
I did not pick the firmest mattress on the market as incorrectly advised by my now ex chiropractor and I am so glad I talked it through with Reece first instead.
The Alderley started off a little firm but over the 60 day trial period became the mattress dreams are made of. Seriously.
I've read tongue in cheek reviews that say the negative is that you just don't want to get up in the morning. ..well it's absolutely true with the Alderley and I never usually lie in. It's that comfortable.
I can lay on my back and not need to cross my feet anymore!
Such a god send to wake up pain free and not stiff anymore.
And it's so much cooler than my previous memory foam hybrid too.
I couldn't be happier with the mattress or the service that I received.

What a wonderful mattress
What a wonderful mattress! I ordered the Shropshire and it arrived on time. The quality of manufacturing shows through. It is immediately one of the most comfortable mattress I have slept on. It is supportive yet soft. I am sleeping much better as I no longer toss and turn to get comfortable.
The cost compared to other premium mattresses makes it good value.

I purchased an Alderley mattress for my…
I purchased an Alderley mattress for my parents a short while ago. Unfortunately there was a slight mark on the cover of the mattress. This was dealt with swiftly and professionally by Winstons Beds who immediately arranged a replacement. I understand that these things can happen. We used the original mattress until the replacement arrived today. My parents are delighted with the mattress and told me it is the most comfortable mattress they have ever slept on and the quality is excellent. I thoroughly recommend Winstons beds. Their mattresses are great quality and value. I can not fault the customer service and communication through Reece who is extremely helpful. Thank you Winstons.

Our search is over!
We came across Winstons by chance, when searching for natural hand-made mattresses online. Since our very first enquiry to Winstons we have had first class treatment- fast responses to questions, thoughtful answers, careful advice, and flexibility. Reese and the team have been exemplary.

Great product. Fantastic customer service
The customer service is second to none. Extremely professional, polite, helpful, consistent, efficient and informative. Opted for a zip link mattress choosing a firm half one side and medium the other. The firm side turned out to be a little too firm for my husband. So I spoke to Reese who was extremely understanding and exceptionally helpful offering to exchange it for a medium tension which was delivered today. The quality of the zip link mattress can only be described as immeasurable luxury and we are now looking forward to many years of satisfying sleep with the reassurance that, should there be an issue with the mattress, it will be undoubtedly addressed. Zip & Link Mattress (spinal condition)
We purchased a zip and link mattress from Winstons Beds after doing a great deal of research.
My husband’s side was perfect for him, but mine was not firm enough for my spinal condition.
I contacted Winstons Beds - and from the outset they went out of their way to resolve this issue (discussing in depth with both the factory and myself how best to create the correct solution/support for my spinal condition).
Reece at Winstons Beds carried out a truly detailed, respectful and bespoke resolution to the issue.
There was a great deal of consultation because they wanted to get my new mattress absolutely perfect for me - and they have.
It always feels a bit of a risk purchasing such a high value and personal comfort level item from the internet, it took me a while to go ahead and press the ‘checkout’ button.
But the concerns that caused me to hesitate in the first place (ie: whether the mattress would be good quality/suitable and if it wasn’t, was it going to be ‘fixed’)… were completely unfounded.
Based on my experience, I can happily share that Winstons Beds provide a very good product and their customer service is excellent, but even more enlightening was their willingness and drive to get it ‘just right’… they were exceptional in this.
My advice (for what it’s worth) is:
Feel comfortable in your decision to purchase from Winstons… and feel comfortable sleeping in their beds!!

I’m extremely happy with my Mattress
I’m extremely happy with my Mattress . I suffer with back pain and been looking everywhere for the right mattress, looked in my local bed stores, but was worried in case I may not like it after a few nights. So browsing on the internet I came across WINSTONS Mattress, and saw the 60 night trail, I rang spoke with Reese, he was extremely helpful and understanding of my needs , I ordered the ADERLEY mattress, I’m absolutely so happy, haven’t slept like this in a long time. I knew after my first night it wasn’t going back.. Excellent quality, very well made, I can’t thank this amazing company enough. I definitely recommend them . Mrs Williams from NOTTINGHAM .
