Prior to ordering I tried to obtain this wiper locally but was told I could only get it from a VW dealership for a more inflated price but ordering from wiper blades was a way better price and the item fitted perfectly, also very fast delivery.

I had initially bought some Bosch wipers from my local motor factors (GT Motor Factors). I didn’t feel the need to check since I’d given the shop my registration number. When I got home I found that I’d been given two of the same length and they were of different specification ie SP and Aero.
This was the fourth time I’d received incorrect parts so I turned to the internet and received the correct set, and quickly. Although a few quid more expensive I will use Wiperblades again just to save the hassle of having to return to the store to correct their mistake.

The blades were great when we finally got them! Don’t know what happened with the delivery side, anyway parcel force said that they had been delivered but we didn’t receive them, they should have been delivered to to a post office of my choice but they weren’t. So I tried to get in touch with them on an email with no success. To cut a long story short for some unknown reason they came the next day to my address! When I told them to send it to the post office !!! Very weird. Anyway apart from that the goods were perfect thanks.

Website easy to navigate, search by car registration number makes process very easy, check out using Apple Pay makes ordering wiper blades stress free. Delivery is prompt and items always well packaged, great system guys. Customer service great, quick response to request for copy of invoice with a pdf for my accounts.
