the fitting type has changed and I couldn't fit the wiper. Contacted the helpline and they very quickly replied indicating the change and provided a video link to help show how to fit. Very professional!

Waiting for refund
Contacted you to explain the wipers did not fit my vehicle requested a refund. Was advised I would be contacted by DPD to arrange collection whereupon I would be refunded. Called back again as. No contact received. Still waiting.

First class service
I received the replacement wipers for my 9 month old troc. They looked totally different to the ones supplied with the car. On phoning customer support they were very helpful, though unsure as to why they were the wrong fit. They had no problems with me returning the item and offered post free returns. However on closer inspection I noticed that the supplied wiper blades actually fitted perfectly. My conclusion had to be that somewhere between the factory and me taking delivery of the car someone had switched the blades and put old ones on. This would explain why the wipers have been a problem from day one.
