The synopsis provided perfectly…
The synopsis provided perfectly encapsulates the Prepaid Fraud department in Wirecard's Conshohocken PA office. Very rude and unprofessional. Nearly impossible to find anyway to speak to someone there. Any contact numbers go to a call center in India where they just regurgitate the same script of innocuous answers designed to cause an informational brick wall. Had to contact the BBB before they decided to complete their obligations to the customer. I have a hard time believing an international company of this magnitude allows or condones such rampant ineptitude.

I requested they review fraudulent charges on my account and they reviewed the charges that I verified as ok. 😕 Poor service as they did not do their job. Took 3 phone calls just to get an email which indicated that they verified wrong charges. They had me on phone for half an hour verifying information with two different people and they still got it wrong. I verified my address and they still sent information to wrong address. They don't allow you to talk to fraud department. I have to write a letter and go back to company where charges are were made. Not happy. On an added note...Now they want me to contact them because of the bad review and the phone number provided below connects me to the people who couldn't help me before...nice...not!! I've already done the job that they couldn't take the time to do. I managed to get a thorough investigation done by going directly to the company in question. They took the time to do a proper investigation and provide a refund. Maybe next time Wirecard should train their personnel on how to do a proper investigation and pay more attention to the details given and that were right in front of them on the paperwork that they provided to me.

I wasted a tremendous amount of time…
I wasted a tremendous amount of time trying to get some resolution to a simple problem. I spoke to several people on the phone and had numerous emails returned to me with generic responses. The emails that I received that had information that was particular to my situation offered advice that was in accurate and completely useless to me. Overall I am very disappointed with the amount of waste of time. I had to find another means of sending money home. I feel that it was not very good customer service.

I would love to put 0 stars!! I hate this card and their customer service sucks! I had a direct deposit and tried to pay a company and the payment wouldn't go thru. The company tried several times and finally the payment went thru. Now there are pending adjustments and my account is negative $45 when I should have $177. It says online I have that available but when I went to put gas in my car for work it got declined. I should have money available but I don't. This company should be ashamed about holding peoples money but they could care less!! I want my money available so I can get my money out of the atm and CLOSE my account for GOOD!!!! 0 STARS!!! Fraudulent T-Mobile Rebate Debit Card Transaction
Like many of you on this site, I have a fraudulent transaction committed on my T-mobile rebate card. On 3/23/2018 I paid off an EIP of $695 in T-Mobile store but Wirecard never remitted payment to T-Mobile. I opened a fraud claim with Wirecard and they are investigating. Wirecard closed my old debit card and issued a new card stating that the old card was compromised. Still waiting on the $695 to be returned to my new debit card. The
Wirecard cases number is #840578. Hopefully that Wirecard trustpitot services can help move the fraud investigation case forward.

Just got my Goodyear rebate card in the mail--worthless! The phone number to activate does not work. The number for customer service does not work. Sure seems like pure rip off to me!
WireCard Stole my money.
I am dealing with a fraud case with a credit card company (WireCard). I had a prepaid mastercard because I purchased 2 phones from T-Mobile and the cost of the second was to be reimbursed with a credit card from them. I received my card 3 months later and left it in my mail basket. After a year and a half, I went to activate my card and could not cause the card number was no longer valid. When I called customer service, they explained to me that the card was reissued to another address in Long Beach CA. I asked them: how this could happen if my card has been safe and sound in my mail basket this whole time, and no one but them knew I had a prepaid debit card with $779 on it that wasn't being used. They explained to me that someone from their company (Wire Card) or T-mobile with knowledge of my personal info reported the card lost and used my info to have it sent to an address in Long Beach. From there, it was used in Juarez Mexico in a span of 2 days.
I filed a fraud report with WireCard and after 45 days was denied. Their reason for denial was the fraud charges were past the time I could put in a claim for them. I called them on 3/19/18 and spoke to a supervisor named Tiffany, she tried to explain that the charges were over a year old and that's why they denied my claim. I asked her: how would I know about those charges if I hadn't even activated my card? How could I be responsible for those charges if one of their employees stole my personal info to get a new card without my knowledge? She said she understood and would contact the fraud department and have them contact me within 24-48 hours. After no one called me, I called them back in 3/21/18 and spoke to a different supervisor named Stephanie she pretty much told me all she could do was put in a request to have the fraud department contact her and I would have to call back and find out what they said or they may call me back within 24-48 hours. I asked her: what if they don't call me back again or contact you? She said she would have to repeat the cycle over again. I asked her what if they don't respond again? She said she would repeat the cycle again. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she couldn't have me speak to her supervisor, she was as high as I could go. I asked to speak to the fraud department and she said that she cannot transfer me because they only communicate through email.
This is my money that their employee/employees stole from me and some how I was supposed to figure out that they had stole it from me when I hadn't even activated my debit card. They seem to be giving me the run around in hopes that I give up. Their fraud department never even contacted me during their investigation. I would imagine they would want my help so they could find out who the bad employee is. This company is not interested in customer service or doing the right thing. My next step is to file a complaint with consumer affairs and the BBB. They can't steal people's money and get away with it.

I have two prepaid cards which tell me to call 1-888-471-3662 to activate them. When I attempt this, I am unable to activate either card. I've also called 800-522-7458.
NEITHER NUMBER LETS ME TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE. The first thing it asks you to do is submit your card number. When I try my card number, it tells me it is wrong. I am typing in the correct card numbers.
I've also tried to check my balance on the website and it doesn't let me either.
How do you speak to a real person to get this solved? My prepaid cards have an expiration on them a few months from now and I want to use them right now.
I want my money.
Wirecard - please do not ask me to call the phone numbers that require me to enter my card numbers first. They obviously do not work. I've already emailed the company and have yet to hear back.
