Witham Timber Reviews

Second time of using this company very helpful very professional great service brilliant quality got fence panels brilliant quality fence post gravel board post mix all delivered great communication driver brilliant

I have used Witham Timber twice now. Once I picked up 240 bits of feather edge and the latest time I had a farm gate, ironwork and timber delivered. I have to say that this company is nothing short of superb. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff and the delivery driver was helpful with the unloading of materials to where I needed them and bang on time (albeit at the crack of dawn which absolutely suited me). I would have no hesitations in using this firm again.

Brilliant range of wood. Really good prices. Less than half the price of the same type and size found in wickes. The staff were beyond helpful. I ordered incorrectly. They sorted it out without fuss. I then realised they were not as close as first thought. Very accommodating with me collecting my order. Thank you David and the receptionist for being so welcoming.

Will definitely use in the future.

We have had many different items from you, for our selfs and our customers. The service, the goods are always 100%. Thankyou

Fantastic from website to delivery, price and products.
10 picket fences and a gate, all in perfect condition.
I can't recommend his company highly enough, I'm over the moon and my neighbours agree, the fencing looks luvverly 👍😁

Ordered fence panels outside free delivery area.was told the extra price for delivery which I accepted.heard nothing for 20 days.contacted office and said that they tried to contact me.no phone calls or messages received from witham.if I paid the charge today I would have to wait another 3 weeks.i declined and was quickly offered a refund.this was processed quickly.on ordering these panels there is no info on how to pay the delivery charge.messages could have been left for me on my eBay page.

Excellent quality fence panel. Free delivery takes around 8 days. Get a call the day before d day to confirm delivery in the next morning but we unfortunately still miss in just 30’ out for lunch. The delivery team has been kind enough to leave my order in my front yard. Put it up to repair damage from storm Eunice in minutes. Much thicker and heavier than our previous fence panels. Very pleased! Well done, Witham Timber!

Great quality fencing not the normal flimsy rubbish from the large nationals, delivery made on time, fence looks great. No problems with ordering staff polite and helpful even when I had to change my order slightly as I ordered the wrong posts, difference refunded no problem. Would highly recommend this company

ordered a wooden gate on ebay. put post code in for delivery cost was told free delivery for my post code completed payment then they wanted another £25 to deliver. waste of time cancelled order and asked for refund

Poor communication. Ordered some fence panels. Heard nothing for a month. Gave them a call thought it would be long enough even in these times. I was told Transport were arranging delivery, the items were all in stock, just waiting delivery. Heard no more. Phoned 10 days later. Now the panels are out of stock! No idea when new stock will arrive! Such a waste of time. Order cancelled. Refund came through OK, would imagine they are used to doing them.

Excellent customer service, helped us out with what we needed and answered all questions, they let us add extra to the order, delivered within the time schedule, delivery driver was very helpful too, would definitely use again.

Delivery of fencing
Very efficient service. Driver curtious and very helpful. Would buy again.

Excellent company to deal with. The 6’ x 6’ feather edge fence panels are superior quality for a very reasonable price. Delivery on time and driver very helpful, friendly and professional. A very good all round experience.
We’ll definitely use Witham Timber again and we’ll recommend them to anyone who is looking for timber products.

Ordered a replacement gate from Witham Timber. It was very well priced, and delivered exactly when expected. I even had a courtesy call the Friday beforehand to explain when to expect it. Very happy.

Excellent service and quick delivery. Very pleased with the trellis panels that we ordered. They are of a good quality and everything we required was delivered by a very polite and professional delivery man. Thank you Witham Timber. We will definitely buy from you again.

Great prices, quality of product and exceptional service. Their delivery team have always been top notch - I have placed orders with them on three separate occasions.

Purchased a number of standard size and one custom width fence panels. Really good company to deal with. From handling the initial enquiry, to the order confirmation, order dispatch and delivery all the staff were professional and courteous. Price was very competive and delivery was fast. Fence panels were very good quality and exactly to specification

Excellent service, excellent communication, excellent products, excellent delivery driver, got everything I asked for in good condition and good value for money. Really pleased and highly recommend.

Always a worry when not ordering from one of the main stream supplies. I needn’t have worried at all, competitive prices, able to deliver (even though the big boys couldn’t) exactly what I needed. All arrived in good condition and all quantities accounted for. Had a call the day before to let me know when they were coming. Driver tried to accommodate my request (for it to be dropped by the garage). Overall a great experience - support your local business!!

No communication re order delivery, have had to phone them twice about when the delivery will arrive, was told the materials were on the way to them a week ago although their website says the items were in stock, still not had the goods, very poor would not use them again.
