Happy Thor Transport

We were moving from the US to Spain, and my dog Thor is a breed (pit mix) that none of the airlines I researched (US carriers) allowed. They took on the task, worked directly with my vet to ensure all paperwork was complete and requirements met. They communicated proactively, often and consistently, providing detailed information we needed. Miguel met us at the airport we departed from with our other 2 dogs, and safely transported Thor to Spain. He sent pictures and videos and a link to live flight tracking. Thor is a handful, and it wasn’t a problem. We met back up in Spain and Thor was happy and healthy. Thank you again and I will use them again in the future when we have to move again.

If you're military and need to move your pet anywhere in the world — stop searching. This is your company.
We just completed a PCS move from Frankfurt, Germany to Salt Lake City, Utah, and getting our 4-year-old German Shepherd, Thor, home safely was honestly more stressful to plan than the move itself. Until we found Woof Airlines.
The logistics were no joke: two flights, a layover, and then a 5-hour drive to get Thor all the way to our front door. Door to door. Literally. Not to the airport, not to a cargo facility — to our actual house, in the middle of Utah. I didn't have to lift a finger after handing him over in Frankfurt.
What blew me away is that Woof Airlines will move your pet from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world — and they mean it. As military families, we don't get to choose where we PCS to. It's not always a major hub city. It's not always convenient. It's sometimes the middle of nowhere. They didn't blink. Woof Airlines absolutely saved us. Already early, in October 2025, it was clear that no airliner wanted to transport our French Bulldogs. Not in cabin, not in cargo. Due to possible breathing problems for this race.

After calling around to fake helpers, agents that want to provide you with ChatGPT obtained information for a high amount of money, we ran into Woof Airlines.

Julio and Noelia helped us in a fantastic way. As an IAPATA-accredited animal transport agency, they helped us with clear action from the beginning.

This gave us a lot of peace of mind when organizing our emigration.

For me, Woof Airlines proved to be an animal-caring company that knows exactly what pet owners feel and need.
With a sharp eye for detail, they were incredibly responsive, customer service focused and on-the-ball; something you can sometimes only wish for in Spain.

I strongly recommend contacting them whenever you have a need to transport your pet. You will understand what I mean from the very beginning. They care. like you care about your pet! They fix it. They take care of it!

Tan sencillo como pagar, y asi no tendria por que escribirme e intentar borrarme o escribirme. ALgo que e demostrado y es cierto.

Hoy, 24 de octubre, tenía una importante audiencia internacional programada por la asociación a la cual pertenece el individuo en cuestión. Sin embargo, la audiencia fue cancelada de forma repentina, donde me denuncia por escribir para advetir a los usuarios. su denuncia en mi contra es por posible injuiras y calumnias. Y la hizo unos dias antes de la audiencia para evadirla, uno tiene derecho a escribir aqui y decir la verdad, para mí indica una clara intención de evadir la responsabilidad de efectuar el pago correspondiente.

Resulta evidente que Woofairlines optan por esquivar sus compromisos en lugar de cumplirlos de manera justa y transparente. Mi experiencia con ellos ha sido desalentadora y cero profesional, lo cual plantea serias dudas sobre su ética empresarial

Es importante alertar a otros usuarios sobre trabajar o contratarlos. Les insisto a reflexionar detenidamente antes de entablar cualquier tipo de relación comercial con esta empresa. La honestidad y el cumplimiento de los acuerdos son aspectos esenciales en cualquier interacción comercial.

Achtung Betrug! Sie sichern dir einen Transport zu und dann wollen sie ohne Rücksicht auf Hund den Hund erst nach Kolumbien fliegen. Sie sichern dir Erstattung des Geldes zu. Über 4000 Euro bezahlt und Geld nicht zurück bekommen!!! Es wird eine Rückzahlung verweigert!!! Das ist Betrug im großen Stil und Rechtsanwalt ist bereits eingeschaltet. Die Tiere sind denen egal. Es ist unglaublich dass @iberia so einen Betrug auch noch unterstützt! Hier geht es nicht nur um Tierquälerei sondern auch um mehrere tausend Euro Betrug! Ich werde nicht aufhören den Betrug zu verbreiten und Leute zu warnen und werde mein Geld zurück erkämpfen weil sie freiwillig nicht bezahlen. Sie werden für diesen Betrug bezahlen und dafür werde ich sorgen!!!!

Ufff Que bueno es leer todo esto, quería mover a mis perritas por que me los habían recomendado pero así como veo capaz que hasta me pierden a mis mascotas, ni hablar que mal que abusen así de la gente.

Me sorprende la “dedicación” que muestran al revisar mis redes profesionales, incluso sin que exista invitación de mi parte para conectar. Ojalá esa misma atención la aplicaran en pagar puntualmente a quienes colaboran con ustedes, pues son justamente esos testimonios los que sustentan mi opinión.

Por supuesto que jamás confiaría el traslado de mis perros a una empresa con tales antecedentes; si no cumplen con su propia gente, difícilmente podrían cumplir con el bienestar de los animales.

En cuanto a mis comentarios, no provienen de ninguna “organización” como sugieren, sino simplemente de observar hechos públicos y preocupantes. Ejerceré siempre mi derecho a compartir información que considero de interés para otros.

Disorganized, Bad Communication

Don't make the mistake we did. This company is listed as a partner for Iberia Airlines, which is why we trusted them. Everything was fine until we paid our deposit. We were a month away from our move from the US to the UK and hadn't heard anything from Woof Airlines about flights or other logistics. I reached out and got a bounce-back email as though our contact at Woof Airlines had never existed. I spent hours trying to contact them. When I *finally* was able to reach them, they informed me that the person I had been corresponding with had left the company (no one notified us or gave us another point of contact). They seemed to have NO knowledge of us and asked us to complete all the same paperwork again. We even had to provide the payment receipt and contract to them. This is AFTER we had paid them 3k Euros as a deposit. We told them that we were no longer comfortable using their service and requested a refund, since we were concerned about their total lack of communication-what if another employee left while our dogs were in their hands? At this point, they claimed they had somehow already booked non-refundable flights and hotels and could not refund our deposit except for a few hundred dollars, despite the fact that they apparently didn't have any of our information literally a few days before. I would never trust them with our dog and I am shocked that an airline like Iberia recommends them.

EDITED TO ADD: This negative review has been a last resort after appalling service. We asked at least three times via email for the receipts for these supposedly non-refundable flights and hotel reservations. They were never provided. As someone who does not work for a travel company, I am consistently able to make refundable reservations for hotels (usually 24 hours is the cut-off) and flights are typically around $200 to reschedule. Not $2000. So how, then, does a company who literally partners with an airline manage to make non-refundable bookings? Nothing this company says adds up and I urge anyone considering them to choose someone else.

Highly recommended!

Moving my two cats and my dog from Bangkok to Luxembourg was a challenging experience, especially due to the extensive bureaucratic procedures involved. From obtaining documents to adapting to local regulations, the process seemed never-ending.

However, Woof Airlines made everything so much easier. From the start, the team was very understanding and professional. They adapted to my schedule, even when it was difficult to coordinate across different time zones. Communication was seamless, allowing me to address any concerns instantly.

I would not trust this company….

I went on the website for a quote thinking it wouldn’t be over €2,000 like the website says. They get back to me with a quote of €4,500…. Didn’t make any sense. Not to mention the email came back in my spam. Already weird to me. They obviously just want your money. Very happy I am not following through with Woof Airlines. Was trying to get my pet from London the New York and they have to drive her to Madrid first and then get a plane in cabin from there to New York. Just a bad vibe altogether…

This review does not refer to a completed transport service with Woof Airlines. You requested a quotation, but no booking was confirmed, no payment was made and no pet transport took place.

Your request involved a French Bulldog weighing approximately 10 kg, travelling from London to New York, with the specific requirement that she had to travel in cabin and not in the hold because she is a brachycephalic breed.

This is not a standard or simple pet transport case. French Bulldogs and other brachycephalic breeds are subject to strict airline limitations because of their respiratory risk. In addition, many airlines do not allow pets to travel in cabin from the UK, and most airlines that do allow cabin travel apply strict weight limits, usually including the carrier.

For that reason, the route we proposed was not random or unreasonable. It was a technical alternative designed to find a safer and more viable solution for your dog, considering the UK departure restrictions, airline cabin rules, breed limitations, pet weight and your own request not to use the hold.

Regarding the price, our website shows “from” prices, not fixed prices or maximum prices. Every quote depends on the route, date, urgency, breed, pet size, airline restrictions, ground transport, documentation and operational feasibility.

We fully understand that the quotation was higher than expected and that you decided not to proceed. However, it is unfair to suggest that Woof Airlines “just wants your money” when no service was purchased and the quotation reflected the complexity of your pet’s specific case.
