I've recently developed a condition called adenomyosis, making my period an utter nightmare to deal with. It's coming with unpredictable heavy flows, floodings, clots etc, in very random times during the long, 8-12 days periods. Not fun.
To make it more difficult I've managed to book not one, but two holidays to the weeks I've got my period. So I needed some good backup swimwear to pair with my menstrual cup so if I've got an accident I won't be embarrassed for blood trickling down my legs etc.
After a lot of research I've decided to go for wuka. Very good decision!
I've ordered 2 bikini bottoms, 1 bikini shorts, and 3 full body swimsuits as I couldn't decide on the cute designs.
Didn't try the suits yet but the bikini bottoms were a lifesaver!
I felt pretty confident in them on the Spanish beaches, used them about every single day during that week. Actually had one incident of flooding and the bikini managed to hold in all the blood until I managed to find a bathroom to empty my cup! I was shocked how well it can hold.
It was a bit weird to wear them 1st, especially as they can become quite heavy when wet but I got used to them after a few occasions.
The shorts are even more comfortable, I'm thinking of purchasing another paif of them.

Unfortunately I've ordered the wrong size for 1st try (ordered larger one, thinking I would need a size bigger) but the exchange was pretty smooth.

My advice is to buy at least 3 pairs as they dry pretty slowly due to the amount and quality of the material used in the middle bit, so you don't have to wear them wet/damp.

Wow wow wow I cannot thank Wuka enough for making my periods completely stress free. I actually look forward to my period just to wear the knickers!! 🤣🤣🤣 lots of people question about cleaning but I chuck them straight in the wash with other clothes as normal and they have lasted me such a long time and are still going strong! I think I bought them 3 years ago? I about about to buy more now and saw I could leave a review so here we are! If you’re questioning them, don’t. They will be the best decision ever. Medium is loads of coverage btw, I don’t feel heavy is needed xx

I bought a couple of pairs to try out of curiosity and I love them feel considerably more comfortable with them on than a tampon and pad since I started getting v.heavy so I've ordered some more and recommended them to a friend who's daughter is reaching menstruation too as she'd been thinking about getting her some too.

I bought a set of Wuka period knickers as I am semi incontinent & don’t like wearing pantiliners daily. These knickers were a game changer & I love the different styles & variety that is offered.

The products were delivered when expected & work very well.

I can’t recommend this product enough. My teenage daughter, now 16 years old, has used wuka period wear since day 1 of her period. At first one pair of pants for the whole day. Once they became heavier, or perhaps it was time to buy new pants, she did need to change them once through the day. She is a competitive swimmer, using the period swim bottoms under her swim suit worked perfectly, she never missed a training session and competition rules have now changed to allow their wear under a swim suit.

Great protection, I had tried another brand which leaked and weren't very comfortable. These are soooo much better. Thank you!

I was a bit hesitant trying a new brand for underwear online. I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the period underwear is great. They feel great on and fit really well.

Purchased these for my daughter she is suffering from quite heavy periods - I was the same - I am very pleased with these - we have tried a few other brands of period pants and so far these are her favourite. She finds them comfortable and has not suffered any embarrassing leaks - I think I will be investing in some more very soon - wish these had been around when I was younger!

After reading good reviews, I ordered 8 high waist pants- 4 in heavy and 4 super heavy, all in the same size. The fit with both feels completely different. With heavy feeling alot more comfortable but super heavy feeling very loose and awkward. I was looking forward to a more environmentally friendly way to manage periods and I can attest to there being no leaks, but unfortunately these feel very gross and uncomfortable, despite me changing them frequently. Not very absorbent at all. Unfortunately all were washed before I realised this (as they need to be washed ofcourse and I needed all ready for wear).

If these had worked for me, I would say they are good value for money

I have bought multiple times from this brand and at the beginning I thought they are amazing, however the more I wore them the less excited I got. I have the heavy flow WUKA Ultimate™ Mesh Lace - Hipster Brief panty and the lace gone broke after half year of wear. I have the WUKA Flex Detachable panties in multiple colours and the are NOT leak proof… also the sides are digging in the skin and caused me scratches multiple times… Also, if they are not immediately washed off when you change them, they get difficult to wash and forever stained.

My order had been marked as delivered but no package had arrived. I reached out to the wuka support team and within a day Sabina had replied, investigated and re-sent my order. I received it within a couple days and it was just what I was hoping for. The customer service was wonderful 10/10!

The customer service was excellent, i stupidly ordered teen size and I asked if they can exchange and it was all done very quickly without any stress! The product itself I was about skeptical but they are brilliant and a life saver!

Best customer support. Of course products are no doubt bestest but customer service is excellent as not many good customer service in these days you can find. Rezi and Sabina made everything so easy for me from return forms to change sizes then change styles, honestly I am so happy with products and services I got. Definitely 5 start from me and will recommend to friends and family:)

Brilliant service by Sabina. We are a charitable organisation in Croydon called Pamper Indulge & Give. We have an event that we are hosting 40 girls and we needed some treats for them for their goodie bags. We had the pleasure of Sabina to help this happen and for our girls to have the benefit of getting a Wuka period pants in their goodie bags. She was so efficient at getting these sorted for us and make sure we got them on time for the event. Thanks again Sabina. She is a star and I know the girls will appreciate them so much.

First time user, and nothing has made me want to convert to using these. I don’t feel clean, or comfortable. I can smell my period, which is a huge no. Sorry, but I’ll stick to tampons for now.

Exemplary customer service. I incorrectly order only 2 pairs of period pants on the 3 for 2 offer, can you imagine my frustration with myself when my package arrived and I realised what I had done. I contacted Sabina at Wuka to see if I could still stake advantage of the 3 for 2 offer and she very promptly discussed my case with her manager (as it was my error). I had a free additional pair of pains sent the very next day. Truly excellent customer services in addition to a great product. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic products. Used the super heavy ones for very long journeys across India and they were a life saver! Great for over night, don’t have that terrible waking up moment. If you know you know. Best ones I’ve tried.
