After ordering my first pair of Wuka pants, and wearing them for the first time, I thought - how on earth have I got to 40 years old and have never used these before?
Honestly, I wish I'd had something like this when I was 10 (I was an early developer!) and in my teens at school. And throughout my life!
They make periods so much more easy - it feels less like I am on one as it's so much less disruptive not having anything in me or in my knickers and not having to think about changing throughout the day.
These are really comfy and the customer service I received when I had an issue with Royal Mail (no fault of Wuka) was exceptional.
I have now ordered another two pairs to try other styles and for different flows.

I had a problem with a style and Rezi went out of the way to solve it for me which I really appreciate. I've used WUKA for years and they are much more comfortable than disposable products and have a good ethical standing.

I was in the market for more sustainable period products and after weeks of research decided to give WUKA a try. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering since the company was based out of the UK and I wasn’t sure how straightforward the ordering process would be. I finally decided on a brief ordered them, loved the way the product felt but they didn’t fit. I initially reached out to see if I could exchange them and Rezi was very kind and informative. She walked me through the exchange process and answered any questions I may have had at the time. Ultimately I decided to keep them due to shipping being so expensive to return my initial order. Rezi’s customer service won me over and I decided to place another order and gift the original set I purchased, to friends and family that were interested in trying them. I’m was and still am throughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy from this brand!

I ordered the wrong sizes and Rezi could not have been more helpful with arranging to exchange and keeping me in the loop.

Wuka have been absolutely brilliant in terms of product and customer service. I had an issue which was immediately rectified and I have to give a shout out to Rezi in the customer service team for their support and kindness. A brilliant product and will be ordering more!

I ordered several items a few weeks ago and later realised I didn’t need them all. When I went to the WUKA website to start a return, I was surprised by how complicated the process was — and disappointed to find out that customers have to pay for returns, even within the UK. While the products themselves are great, the returns experience has really put me off ordering again.

I have been a WUKA customer for the past three years and love them. They have changed the way I manage my period and came in really handy when I unfortunately experienced a miscarriage.
I have just received the advent calendar and after a little hiccup with one item being sent wrong, which was rectified immediately I am looking forward to opening each door to see what’s inside.
I would highly recommend this company and have done many times to friends, family and work colleagues.

A brilliant, sustainable alternative to other period products. Wuka lead the way with their inovation and education. My daughter has used their period pants since her first period and we both love them. We've added swimming costumes and more pants to the collection as time has gone on and my daughter is confident to swim and do sport throughout her period as a result. If I've had a problem I've contact Wuka and their customer service is outstanding. They communicate swiftly and take action to rectify anything with no fuss. I highly recommend.

I have had my wuka period pants for more than a year, and I just hate them to be honest. I have a heavy flow and bought the ones for the heaviest flow. First of all they slip at the glued lining. But the worst part is that they don’t get really clean and that they don’t hold half of what I expected. I flood them every time, and they are not in any way leak proof. They leak out the side and through all the layers strait into my pants. And even when they’re freshly washed they stink. It’s horrid. It’s the worst period pants I have tried. I wash them exactly the same way as I wash my cotton period pants from sloggi, and those don’t smell and they actually get clean. The wuka ones just don’t get clean and leak all over. I wish I hadn’t spent so much money on this shit product.

Love Wuka products, excellent customer care too. Had a small issue with last batch I ordered and they were very helpful and exchanged the items. Would highly recommend

Great customer service! I ordered a multipack and the 10% off code didn’t come through in time so I contacted Wuka and they applied it in retrospect for me which was so kind of them (someone called Rezi helped me). I’ve had their period pants for years and they’re great, and such a nice alternative to tampons or pads (and much better for the environment!).

I have worn the swim shorts a few times for a 50 minute swim and so far they have kept me fully protected. I also wear the boxer shorts on lighter days and they also keep me protected. Both products are very comfortable.
Customer services replied straight away to a question I had about the swim shorts.

What a great product! My neurodivergent daughter was so anxious about her first period, but giving her these made it an absolute breeze! Will definitely be buying more for her. Expensive but worth every penny for the quality, comfort and reassurance it gives both her and I. Well done Wuka.
