Outstanding customer service and great products
Outstanding customer service. I had some issues with the delivery address , but I was helped by Rezi that sorted it out for me and was very polite. Order dispatched how promised and my daughter really loves the products and she says she is feeling safe with them. It was my second order with Wuka and I will order again. Thank you Wuka.

Love the Stretch Period Pants
I first bought WUKA from Boots when I needed period products immediately but didn't want to purchase disposable ones. I've used period pants before but WUKA's products are just next level. They're breathable and comfortable, especially the seamless and stretchy styles. The stretch period pants really are such a great idea as I've suddenly gained 2 sizes and I can still wear them without any discomfort, whereas other sized ones I bought are now too small for me which is a waste. I have been buying from Wuka a few times now and I highly recommend them.

We bought Teen swim shorts and a changing bag. The shorts are great, true to size, and work well. When we needed the shorts quickly for a holiday, they were really good in ensuring we got them on time.

Excellent Customer Service
Such a shame that the swimsuit was far too small despite me going by the sizing instructions before ordering. We are going on holiday and really needed the costume.
I returned it for a larger size and emailed customer services immediately. They got back to me straight away with a solution. They despatched a larger swimsuit that day and I received it in 2 days. I think the combined service with Wuka and Royal Mail says it all. Daughter is now very happy. The swimsuit looks lovely on her and quality is excellent.
I have to say the customer service at Wuka is excellent. I will definitely buy from Wuka again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I managed to order the wrong size (completely my fault). I posted them back & they sent the correct size out at their expense. Unfortunately the package they sent wasnt pushed through the letter box fully and I returned home to find just ripped empty packaging on the doorstep (not my fault - but not theirs either!). They didnt quibble but replied immediately and replaced the contents. ...Oh and I should add my teednage daughter is very happy with the products!

Missing item
When I received my order it only contained 1 pair of midi brief instead of two, I e-mailed & Sabina replied asking for an image of what had arrived. I sent this & confirmed that the packaging had been intact.
Sabina replied by return, apologising for the mistake & confirming that she had arranged for a replacement to be sent. This arrived safely.....excellent after sale service

They are fine for me but not when I…
They are fine for me but not when I have very heavy flow, My daughter is also using wuka pants but for teens and she went through 5 pairs in 1 day, I would not recommend teen stretch for any girl with heavy periods. We bought so many pairs because she is autistic and she hates pads, I'll try buying her xs basic's hipsters with high gust.

Excellent Customer Care
After researching few brands that were period pants, I decided to try Wuka as a first period pants for my Niece. Unfortunately, few items were missing from the package upon delivery. Fantastic customer care
Ordered a swimsuit for my daughter which I ended up needing to exchange for a different size. I accidentally didn’t include the packing note in the return however so had a massive panic! Prava from the customer care team couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to track the item and arrange the return. Wuka are incredible products. I brought some period pants a while ago in preparation for my daughter starting her period. She recently started the day after her 11th birthday and they did not disappoint. She went to school happy and came home happy. No leakages and she found them really comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and am even thinking of purchasing some for myself

First time purchase - but not the last!
First time purchase on behalf of a young teen so I wasn't sure what would fit best, or what she would feel most comfortable wearing. I needed to return some of the order (due to my sizing error) and the whole process was remarkably easy.
