I paid almost $700.00 for what i thought was going to be one of the best chairs i could ever imagine..I ordered the chair and it took about a week to get here.. this was supposed to be a birthday present for me as i have back problems.. the chair came in and i was going to put it together and when i got to the point where it was together the back fell off.. the chair back was damaged and would not hold onto the seat of the chair.. well i called the company on a Sunday and told them what had happened.. we got to talking and agreed for them to send me a back undamaged and they agreed to and then i discovered after investigating a little more that the massager that came with the chair didn't work as the booklet says it was supposed to... so that warranted another call to another person cause the person i was speaking with and sending emails back and forth to suddenly decides she doesn't want to assist me anymore so i got to talk to some guy and was telling him i do not want this chair now at all.. i have had too many problems with this chair and now all i want to do is return it for a newer version of the same chair.. so far i have heard nothing from these people.. it has now been going on 2 weeks and in which they plainly said they will send me out a newer chair .. i have not seen a chair from X-Chair at all nor have i seen a return authorization for this chair..Do Not Buy From This Company... They treat people really dirty and if you have problems they seem to handle it nicely just to drive you away so they cant be bothered with you... at this point i am considering going to my state attorney general and ask for them to intervene and perhaps charged them for fraud.. This company is bad company.. do not buy from them no matter how tempting their products seem.. this has been ongoing since the 25 th of Nov 23.. and i have yet to see anything of anything.. do i need to get a lawyer as well and sue them.. X-Chair you are not what you seem to be.. I believe you are a scam and a liar.. Send me an RTA for this chair and refund my friends CC..
