XBM Reviews

XBM are a ski mask away from being actual robbers. Sold a machine that was well past its best under the impression that it was practically new. Then told that the fee would be minimum each month, £2 a month. 4 years into my 5 year contract and they tried invoicing me for £85. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Our business has had a great experience with XMB. Ian Finlay went above and beyond with quotes and advice for solutions to best suit our needs. Our new printer has been a game changer for our office. The engineer who came to fit the printer was fantastic too, very knowledgeable and thorough. The after care is great too, very responsive. Thanks XBM!

Naz is amazing at her job. She is always very responsive, helpful, and provides excellent customer service. We have been using the service for over a year now and have been very happy with the level of support and service we’ve received. Highly recommended!

Nazmeen has looked after my businesses printing needs. Was recommended to try XBM through a family member and was put through Nazmeen, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and found products to help us in the most efficient way.

Many thanks and look forward to a long relationship with XBM

We had Nazmeen come around and sold us 3 Epson printers for all 3 of our branches, she saved us the hassle of buying ink and drums as this package includes everything, printers have all been installed and we are very happy with them. Xbm have been very helpful.

Following the collapse of Office Options we were introduced to XBM by Jack Hines who went above and beyond to ensure we were still fully covered and with more cost effective equipment. No query was too small for Jack, he couldn't have been more helpful.

We were looking for a printer and were given 5 options by 5 different companies in 2023 and we decided to go with Raj Gupta from XMB LTD, who supplied us with a 2 Kyocera printers, since then we have not only been happy with the machines but the continuing support from XBM Ltd and especially Raj Gupta who supports us out of hours as well.

We have been customers of XBM for many years and are always satisfied.
From our very first contact up until now, the service and support has been exceptional. The team are very knowledgeable about their products and they don't try to sell things that aren't needed.
XBM are a fantastic company, great people and brilliant customer service. We have had different people supporting our account and currently we have Mark, who is always professional and pleasant to speak to.
Great service and support all round.

Ian has been very helpful and we haven't encountered any issues since our printer was installed

Have used XBM for several years now and dealt with Mark McManus and very happy with the service i recive any problems are resolved straight away would recomend this company for your printing needs,

We had been with XBM for a number of years and were looking to leave. We were then introduced to a new sales executive at XBM - Raj Gupta. We found him to be very honest and transparent, which was refreshing. He assured us that we wouldn't have the same experience moving forwards, I can say that has been the case. I would fully endorse Raj, Great guy!

Great service from Paul Martin, from the initial quotation right through until after the installation!

Mark McManus and the team are always very helpful in their response

I placed an inquiry online and out of 5 quotes Raj J Gupta's quote was not only the best but advice and after sale was and still is super

Raj is the best don’t go anywhere. Service is 7 star. Printers are the best. Highly recommended

Jack Hines introduced us to XBM after our current photocopier support company was dissolved. Jack as always helpful at Office Options and has been able to seamlessly move us across to better, more cost effective equipment that is now fully supported. We have only had our new machine a few days but so far, so good.

Amazing service by Nasir, I have ordered twice through him and most probably will order again whenever I need another printer!

I been with Xbm for 5 years now …. They are so good and amazing and reply with in time and any problem with system they sort very quickly.

We made online enquiry and was put in touch with Xbm and Raj Gupta was the representative.

We originally only thought of purchasing a single printing machine however they went beyond provided me with all the machinery that I was looking for which was very convinent for me. And ended up buying all 5 machines from them.

I have been with them for a year now and everything is still working perfectly. If there is any problems they are very quick to respond and solve any issues.

A special shout to Raj, for excellent customer service, he was basically available 24/7 for me to call him. Which is really appreciated and in an urgent situation I could always reach him.

Overall great service, great machines and great customer service. Everything a customer like myself would look for.

Thank you Raj and team,
